Located in the gated community of Oceanside Village, with 24-hour security, please consider our cozy beach home with lake view and only a short walk to private beach access; also with private parking and The Conch Cafe, an oceanfront restaurant. Relax on the back deck enjoying the ducks floating by during the day and in the evening watch the firework displays without leaving the comfort of our home.
At Oceanside Village you can enjoy two pools (a heated indoor pool opened year round and an outdoor pool to cool off in after spending the day at the beach). There is also a children's playground, basketball and tennis courts as well as five stocked fishing lakes for that fisherman in the family. Golf carts are available for rent from the property management office.
Our home features three bedrooms; master bedroom with queen-sized bed, second bedroom with queen-sized bed, third bedroom, bunkbeds along with two sofabeds in the living room.
We require that you must be 21 years old or a married couple to rent. We DO NOT allow smoking inside and please, NO PETS. Nightly rates are available on request. $250.00 deposit due at time of booking, refundable by mail after departure check out. Payment in full due 30 days prior to arrival. Check in time is 3 PM. Check out is 11 AM. |
