This penthouse condo on the beach has a gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico and Estero Bay! The bedroom with king-size bed opens to a living area with queen sleeper sofa, a new, wraparound kitchen with dishwasher, spacious bathroom, new tile floor, and your own balcony.
The 'Egret's Eyrie' penthouse is located in a private beach and tennis club ON THE BEACH featuring clay tennis courts (play at no extra charge), a heated swimming pool, a huge lawn for sunning and lounging, and many other amenities.
The white sugar-sand beach is great for swimming and sports a treasure trove of shells. The level, firm sand is perfect for walking, jogging, even biking. Dolphins swim just off shore. A shallow tidal lagoon attracts herons, egrets, roseate spoonbills, ospreys, and pelicans for a birdwatching paradise.
Restaurants, groceries, small shops, a golf course, and a marina with boat rentals and fishing charters are just across the street. Lovers Key State Park is one mile south. Many other attractions are a short drive away.
