Very cozy lake cottage, beautifully furnished and decorated with two bedrooms/one and-a-half baths and a sleeper loft. Built-in 2000, the "Tree House" Cottage is a private family getaway and brand new to the rental market.
Our cottage is located in a great cove with great water for swimming, skiing, sunbathing, and excellent fishing. Fishermen, this house is located less than 150 yards to the Cleveland Ramp Boat Access and very close to Hart State Park and the Lake Hartwell Marina. While Dad is fishing, the family can stroll along the natural flat path for approximately 100 yards to the private covered boat dock with an available slip for your boat.
Enjoy grilling off the small deck with a top of the line stainless steel gas grill, or enjoy sitting by the outdoor portable fireplace at night roasting marshmallows. This property is only five minutes from downtown Hartwell (by car) for shopping and dining and even closer to the Hartwell Marina (by boat) for boating essentials. For the adventurous sort, try the outdoor shower for a quick cool-down.
The "Tree House" Cottage sleeps four to eight people, can park four or more cars, and if requested can accommodate garage storage for two boats. Both bedrooms host double beds, the open floor plan living room/kitchen area has a full size pull out sleeper sofa, and the loft (by way of a very steep staircase) can sleep two with two mattresses. As its name might suggest, The "Tree House" Cottage requires climbing stairs for access, and is not therefore handicapped accessible. Wireless Internet Access is always on. This is a non-smoking house. |
