Gorgeous newer home with decorator touches throughout. Enjoy brand new furnishings in this two bedroom, one and-three-fourths bath home plus a den and two-car garage in The Legends (a 55-plus age restricted community) in Green Valley, AZ.

The living area features a soft leather sofa, two upholstered chairs, an armoire with 32-inch flat-screen cable TV, DVD/CD player and gas fireplace for those chilly winter evenings. A sliding glass door off the living/dining area leads to a covered patio with table for six, bar with two stools, gas barbecue, extended uncovered patio area with two loungers and soothing waterfall.

There is plenty of counter space in the tiled kitchen equipped with side-by-side refrigerator, electric range, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen is appointed with quality items from the cutlery to the dishes, flatware and cooking utensils making it easy to entertain. Guests can be part of the "kitchen action" from either the barstools at the eating bar or at the handsome dining table that comfortably seats six. A full-sized washer and dryer are located in a separate room just off of the kitchen.

The master bedroom features a king size pillow-top bed, armoire with 32-inch colored-TV and a huge walk-in closet that features plenty of storage. The master bath has his and her sinks, large shower and separate commode area. The guest bedroom is equipped with a Queen-sized pillow-top bed, exquisite "old-world" looking armoire with 19-inch TV. The common bath has a single sink with shower/tub combination. Luxury sheets and towels are provided for your use.

A den separates the two bedrooms and features a sleeper sofa, comfortable desk chair and built-in bookshelf and desk with cable that can accommodate DSL hookup (at renter's expense) for a computer. Several games/books are available for your enjoyment.

Tile flooring is featured throughout the house with accent rugs in living room and dining area and carpeting in the bedrooms. The house features central air conditioning/central heat with ceiling fans in most rooms.

Rental includes local phone service, cable TV reception, membership to the Green Valley Recreational services (membership is free with a modest transfer fee) which includes numerous swimming pools, tennis courts, work-out centers, five reasonably priced golf courses, plus much more! The Legends also has its own private community pool.

  • We have been here for ten days now and are very happy with the place. When we arrived the house and yard was very clean and tidy (and still is). There is a little pond and waterfall which is very nice to sit by and have lunch or just to sip on a glass of wine. The furniture, kitchen and linen supplies are up to date and clean. If we make Green Valley our next winter vacation we will come back to this house. More positive comments to come before we leave on dec 15th. Al and Diane
