Renters ALWAYS come back once they figure out the convenience of this 1200 square foot unit. You can walk to the beach (or drive and use the private beach parking pass), the shops on Venetian Bay (six blocks), the Waterside Shops (six blocks) the grocery store, post office, bank, GREAT restaurants, gift and boutique shopping (all one block away or less.) Some full timers that live in this development do not even have a car.

The unit is newly furnished more like a real home than a rental - in Tommy Bahama style. It is one of 18 units in the complex - so the pool RIGHT out back is usually all yours (or you could walk to the resort one block away and have the big pool with drinks delivered experience!).

I am telling you, this place is a rare find and it will not let you down. This property requires 30 minimum stays, but long term and yearly rentals are negotiable. You simply must check it out!

  • We have stayed here on three separate vacations, and truly feel this was a great find! The unit is clean, comfortable, and close to the beach and all shops and restaurants. We would highly recommend this unit to anyone who is looking to vacation in Naples.

  • This apartment is adorable! It has very comfortable furnishings and feels "just like home". In addition, we felt very secluded with "your own pool feel" right out the back door. It is also a short distance to the beach and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. It was one of the most relaxing vacations.
