Renters ALWAYS return once they figure out the convenience of this awesome 1200 square foot unit. You can walk to the beach (or drive and use the private beach parking pass), the shops on Venetian Bay (six blocks), the Waterside Shops (six blocks) the grocery store, post office, bank, GREAT restaurants, gift and boutique shopping (all one block away or less.)
The unit is newly furnished more like a real home than a rental - in Tommy Bahama style. It includes internet hookup, 3 TV's, and everything you would expect in a beach home (beach chairs and umbrella to pool "noodles") - the pool RIGHT out back is usually all yours.
This place is a rare find and it will not let you down. This property requires 30 minimum stays, but long term and yearly rentals are negotiable. You simply must check it out!

We think of our place in Naples as experiencing "the Caribbean without the passport!" Naples is one of those rare cities that is landscaped to perfection, has no graffiti,and a casual, laid-back charm that one would expect to have on a vacation.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We like the laid-back atmosphere, the fact that it feels like a home and not a rental, and the fact that we can walk to the grocery and tastey restaurants, so we don't have to stock up on things.

This condo was comfortable, well kept, and delivered everything promised. It is close to everything and a short drive or walk to the beach. The private beach is gorgeous and the pool also feels like it is your own pool. We definitely plan on returning next Summer!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.

Great local if you like shopping and beach! Nicely appointed unit. kitchen could use an update, but is very useable. Beds and linens comfy. Nice pool and patio.

We have stayed here on three separate vacations, and truly feel this was a great find! The unit is clean, comfortable, and close to the beach and all shops and restaurants. We would highly recommend this unit to anyone who is looking to vacation in Naples.

This apartment is adorable! It has very comfortable furnishings and feels "just like home". In addition, we felt very secluded with "your own pool feel" right out the back door. It is also a short distance to the beach and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. It was one of the most relaxing vacations.
