Paradise and tranquility hit you the moment you walk through the door because you will be hit with fantastic views of the emerald green waters of the gulf. We are located on the eighth floor so you will get great views with short waits for the elevator. Take your morning coffee out on the gulf-front balcony or just stay inside and enjoy the view.
Decorated with you in mind, our condominium is decorated in an upscale decor but different than you find at other condominium rentals. We have got bright cheerful colors - lime green, purples and yellows, and even have a purple entertainment center in the living room. Both bedrooms and the living room have TV/VCR/DVD players. We have even added a selection of movies and games for your enjoyment.
Our master suite has plenty of storage so do not be afraid to unpack and stay awhile. The master bath is equipped with a sunken tub so you can lavish in bubbles after a full day on the beach as well as a walk-in shower. Our second bedroom has been equipped with both a double-size bed and a twin and is also decorated in bright cheerful colors. You'll even find a twin rollaway bed in the closet.
Dining in the unit is also a delight - six chairs at the dining room table, two bar stools at the kitchen counter with additional dining on the balcony. Our kitchen has all the amenities of home, including a crock pot so that if you choose to cook in the unit you can put your dinner on, go to the beach and have it ready when you return. For your convenience, you will also find a laundry room with washer and dryer so no running to any laundromats.
Our brand-new complex, Ariel Dunes, is in the Seascape Resort giving you convenient beach access to over 2000 feet of powder white sand and emerald green water, 18-hole championship golf course with pro shop, eight tennis courts, three pools right on site (five pools total), on-site Conference Center, the Whales Tail Beach Bar and Grill which offers seaside dining and live entertainment, and water sports rentals including chairs and umbrellas.
We also have other properties - one, two, and three bedrooms in Pedido Key, Okaloosa Island (six miles west of Destin), and have new units coming in West Panama City Beach.

We had a delightful time staying at your condo at Ariel Dunes over the Christmas holidays. Your accommodations were terrific. We were expecting it to be nice but it was lots more.
