Located right on the Palmer Private Golf Course of PGA West. A two-bedroom place each with its own full bathroom and TV in the bedrooms, is perfect for two couples or a small family. Once you enter the gated community, the feeling of desert golf will come over you. This house is only a few minutes from the famous TPC Stadium Course... Silver Rock Resort Course, and many others.
The house is only a nine iron away from the community pools and hot tubs. Your back porch is about three steps from the course. A great place to relax late in the day, have a cold drink and watch the golfers go by. Golf is not the only benefit from staying here. It is only a short drive to some of the best dining in the valley. Such as LG's Steak House and Arnold Palmer's Restaurant. Also shopping in downtown La Quinta is about 15 minutes away.
And do not forget about the kids. There are miles of bike trails and the zoo is nearby.
There is also a gated front courtyard for your pet to run in and out of the house.
Remember to have fun and hit the ball straight.
