Level #2: Large Greatroom, fully-equipped kitchen, half bath; Decks on both levels with HOT TUB, porch swing, bench, deck furniture; also Crib and Junior Bed, and beach chairs.
Located in Northpoint Ocean to Sound subdivision which provides tennis courts, covered pool, basketball, dock on sound and beach access [5 minute walk]. Sound views from decks. Windsurfer, kayak, and crabbing traps provided for fun activities on the sound. Bikes provided for bike trail from Duck to Sanderling.
