Why the Owner Chose Duck
Previous to building this home [11 years ago] we had rented on the Outer Banks for 15 years and in Northpoint for 10 years. The area offers large lots and full amenities as outlined.
The Unique Benefits of this Beach House
Home is about 2 miles north of center of town -Duck NC. Walking/bike trail to Duck. Town offers boardwalk on the sound,shops,concerts in the park, kids activities. Three rental places for all watersports in the sound within three miles
