This is a very well situated, popular and private community property and it books early. It is on the Tahquitz Creek Country Club, which has 2 eighteen hole golf courses. This beautiful condo is on the Arnold Palmer managed 36 hole golf course, Tahquitz Creek Country Club 8 pools, 4 tennis courts, and 2 spas. The community is private and known as Villas de Las Flores for good reason as flower beds are everywhere with over 120 fruit trees of various kinds, which are there for you to eat from at breakfast! The flower beds are replanted 4 times a year. The homeowners association allocates $150 per month per owner just for the flowers! The restaurants in Palm Springs and neighboring areas like Palm Desert are unbelievable for their quality and variety.
We ask for a 7 night minimum so as to keep the property in first class shape. We have owned this condo for 6 years but are still 3 years from full retirement. We have a lovely backyard with a shade tree and a high sierra shale patio.We are grandchildren friendly!!!
Let us tell you about Palm Springs a moment, as it is a non stop resort destination, that includes film festivals, golf, weekly street fairs, spas, constant cultural events, casinos, the living desert zoo, water parks where you and the grandkids can surf, slide, soak and sip in pristine luxury in our ultra-clean, ultra-fun, 21-acre water playground, which includes 13 terrific waterslides with two 70 foot two towers water-ride. Vegas quality entertainment at the Casinos, and stage theaters. If you can not find it in Palm Springs It does not exist for vacation fun, in fact, the ocean is 2 hours away and Las Vegas 3 1/4 hours away.
$150 NON REFUNDABLE due upon booking and balance due 5 weeks before departure, may increase up to $1000 for a 30 days or more booking, also no refundable.No bookings under 4 days and any booking less that a week we must add $65 to defray mandatory cleaning as provided by City of Palm Springs Ordinance. Stays of under 28 days are taxed by the City of Palm Springs at 11.5%...sorry not our (Terry and Nancy)fault apparently California needs our money :)
CANCELLATIONS after full pymt will be limited to not more than a 65% credit on a future stay.Trip insurance is always smart.
