This beautiful condominium is located in the Garden Lakes section of Colonial Country Club. Colonial Country Club is located just east of Interstate 75 at Colonial Boulevard. You are just minutes away from fine restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, the great beaches of Fort Myers, Sanibel Island, and Captiva.
Colonial Country Club features a full service, 18,000-square-foot clubhouse with a dining room. The fitness center is approximately 11,000 square feet and it is outfitted with state-of-the-art exercise equipment, a library, meeting room, massage rooms, golf pro shop, and activity center with a full-time director. There are eight lighted Har-Tru and two hard surface courts. The clubhouse has an extensive tennis pro shop with tennis products and services.
The 18-hole championship golf course was designed by Gordon Lewis with an aquatic driving range and putting green. Colonial Country Club is very eco sensitive and has provided neighborhood parks and nature trails through its 750 acres, including approximately 150 acres of protected natural preserve areas and 150 acres of fresh water lakes. This unit comes with a Social membership.
The much desired Heather model is located on the second floor with a first floor enclosed foyer. Privacy abounds in our lakefront unit... sit on the furnished lanai and relax. Our unit is 1333 square feet, built in 2005, featuring vaulted ceilings, an open kitchen with a large great room overlooking the lanai. We get a great breeze through the condo... feel free to open the windows. There is a one-car covered carport with a second visitor parking space. Our neighborhood pool and hot tub are just a few steps away.
The bedrooms are configured in a split floor plan with a full bath for each. The large master bedroom offers a king-size bed and very large walk-in closet as well as in-room TV. The attached master bath features double sinks and large glass shower. The guest bedroom features two twins. The guest bath features a tub with shower. Ceiling fans are located in each bedroom.
The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pans, dishes, linens - everything you need to set up house. Maple cabinets, Zodiac countertops, radiant heat stove - all top-of-the-line appliances and gadgets.
The vaulted great room features a full-size leather sofa, two occasional chairs and a LazyBoy recliner. There is an entertainment center with TV and DVD player. The great room is adjacent to the furnished screened lanai. Outside there is a dining set for four along with two rockers and hassocks and a cocktail table. The lanai also features a ceiling fan.

The location is wonderful - about a mile from Interstate 75 and a few miles from the Southwest Florida regional airport. This community is convenient to beaches, shopping, great restaurants - all within a few minutes.

This home is on the second floor overlooking a small lake. Open the doors and windows and let the breeze stream through. Each small community has its own pool - ours is just a short walk away. Pack a picnic, grill some dinner, relax by the pool and enjoy the hot tub. Or visit the very grand resort pool in the Clubhouse area - the main pool even has a walk-in beach. There are tennis courts, golfing, walking trails..lots to do.
