Queen's Grant is located in award winning Palmetto Dunes Resort. It is a first class resort - unmatched for both empty-nesters and families alike!
You will enjoy the space - 1500 square feet - of this open two bedroom, two bath villa on one level!
The villa has a private entrance that is very close to parking. Once you open the door, you will be greeted by a beautiful black porcelain-tiled entrance. The huge kitchen, which has been completely remodeled, includes all appliances, utensils, and a washer and dryer.
The great room (new flooring in August 2009)is charming and warm with vaulted, beamed ceilings and two ceiling fans. It includes a dining table, sofa with pull-out queen pillow-top sleeper, love seat, and winged-back chair. Relax and unwind after a long day at the beach with cable TV (one of three), a favorite CD, a good movie (DVD player - one of two), or let the kids go crazy on our Nintendo game cube! A sliding glass door leads to a quaint, peaceful courtyard. We have a dining table with four chairs on the patio and a gas grill.
The villa has two large bedrooms (new carpeting in August 2009)that can be closed off from the living area of the villa by a door. This is especially nice when tired children need to get to bed! The huge master bedroom has a beautiful brand new king bed with comfortable pillows and Ralph Lauren bedding. There is a TV with DVD and remote operated ceiling fan, too. A sliding glass door also leads to the courtyard from the master. A full bath adjoins the master bedroom. The second bedroom has two, brand new, full beds with Ralph Lauren bedding and comfortable pillows! It has a TV/VCR comb and a door within the bedroom that leads to the second full bathroom.
Bring your computer...DSL is available in the unit. We also have three bicycles for your enjoyment (that's a vacation savings of about $75 right off the top!).
Palmetto Dunes is a world-class resort great for families! Our guests have private access to miles of wonderful sandy beaches, three award winning golf courses, 25 tennis courts, the Island's deepest yacht basin, an 11 mile lagoon system (awesome for canoeing or kayaking), six miles of bike paths, a cultural arts center, two beachfront hotel resorts, 21 restaurants, a shopping mall, and so much more! Canoeing, kayaking, shelling, golf, tennis, restaurants, and the beach are all within walking distance!

We were two couples with dog - the condo is very stylish and open. Big kitchen, big living and dining area. Bedrooms are very nice and big enough - especially considering you only are in there to sleep - too many other things to do on Hilton Head! We go to Hilton Head 5 - 7 times a year and often try staying at diffferent condos - this was our first experience at this condo and I would rate it as one of the nicest ever. I give it my highest recommendation. Owner was very nice to work with. The only thing we missed was HD TV - we are spoiled!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+.

We have just returned from a wonderful month at this charming villa. Everything met our expectations and the owners were very easy to deal with. We would recommend this villa and location and would like to rent it again. Sorry it was booked next year for the period we wanted to have.

We just returned from Hilton Head and staying in this wonderful condo! The location is great. We have stayed in other condos in Queen's Grant but this one was far better. It was extra clean and well equiped with everything we needed. The owners were easy to work with and very friendly! I loved the decor and we had plenty of room for our family of four (plus our toy poodle). My two teenage daughters had a great time and stayed entertained all week. The wireless internet was a a big plus! We will be renting again!

The villa was wonderfu!! We loved the decor...it is the same color scheme as our home. The villa was clean and it had EVERYTHING we needed. You really have it stocked. We cooked most of our meals and every utensil, mixing bowl and pot was there!!! That was so nice. The grill was really great to have! I did want to let you know that there were only 2 adult bikes there when we arrived. I know you had said there were three...just wanted to let you know. Also...it rained really hard the one night and I noticed the carpet right next to the tv was wet. I don't know if that's a problem you are aware of, but I wanted to let you know in case you need to get it looked at. I am passing your information on to a neighbor for their next year vacation. We will highly recommend your villa to our family and friends!!! Again, it was a beatiful trip made even better by staying at such a nice, clean and comfortable villa.
Owner response:Thank you, Gina! We would like our guests to know that we were unaware that one of our bikes disappeared, which is a common summertime nuisance, prior to this guests arrival. Additionally, the doorwall has been fixed and we have just ordered new flooring for the entire villa!

Hello...thank you for viewing our guests' comments. I would like to address the one negative comment we received. When we receive a comment, we are able to approve or disapprove the posting of the comment. I did not approve the comment for listing for several reasons: The individual who posted the comment never stayed with us. Additionally, the VRBO property number stated in the comment is not our VRBO property number. I am confident there was an error in attaching the comment to our villa. I tried to contact the party to clarify the situation and never received a response. I then contacted VRBO, asking them to remove the comment and they said, because of the way the system is set up, they were unable to. They suggested I add a response to the "negative" comment. Our guests, as evident from other postings, are very happy and it is always our goal to make your vacation relaxing and stress-free!

WHAT A BEAUTIFUL VILLA. WE HAVE STAYED AT MANY PLACES THROUGH VRBO AND SOME ARE NOT WHAT THEY APPEAR, BUT WOW!! THIS ONE WAS. WE LOVED IT! IT IS IN A GREAT LOCATION, CLEAN AND QUIET. Wonderful!!! Thanks for sharing your lovely home with us for our week of vacation this year. We had a fantastic time, all the kids were pleased with the bikes and pools, and the proximity to the beach is perfect. Not too close, not too far! Previously we have stayed in South Forest Beach but no more. Palmetto Dunes is so quiet and peaceful. The beach at sunrise is so nice. Oh, and no jellies! But the ocean temp was perfect for playing, every day. Let's talk about reserving next year, same time? Again, thanks! Beautiful condo. Lots of room to spread out and be comfortable. Close to the beach, golf and tennis. Nice private patio area that is near the pool. Owners were extremely easy to work with.
