The house was designed by famous art deco architect L. Murray Dixon in 1938 and still in original conditions.
The Art Deco Villa is located on the gated Hibiscus Island, only minutes away from South Beach and 20 minutes away from Bal Harbour , Aventura mall and other famous shopping centers. Only 5 minutes to the famous SOFI beaches and restaurants. The house is built on a large lot which provides plenty of space for entertainment and provides privacy.
The spacious home has just been recently redecorated with modern and trendy furniture. and will immerse you in the South Beach atmosphere. Visitors looking to rent a South Beach vacation rentals home will be delighted by this great Miami home.
The living room is surrounded with windows that provide great views of the garden, pool and bay with a spectacular view of the sunset over the Miami downtown skyline.

The Master Bedroom is located in the upper flor of the house furnished with a king size bed and features wooden floor. it offers nice views and access to the pool. The travertine bathroom is equipped with a shower and a jacuzzi.
The second bedroom has a king size bed, wood floors and a bathroom with shower.
Third bedroom has 2 twin or 1 king bed and an in suite bathroom with shower

I spent a very nice week in this house with my family and we had a wonderful time. The house is furnished with taste , the style is modern and cosy. The equipment is new and the rooms are comfortable. It has a convenient location to visit Miami and its surrounding, the art deco district is nearby and all the museums. The view on water is restful, the garden is superb with huge palm trees. The swimming pool is also very peaceful. The owner received us friendly and gave us plenty of good advices for interesting visits. I would recommend this outstanding house that is really like in dreams !!! I spent one week in this marvellous villa in January. Miami is Miami, but living in Ibiscus island is much more. Villa is located in un a perfect place: on the seaside, but near the center. When I woke up in the morning, the dolphins were passing in the sea in front of me, during the day I enjoyed the garden and the pool, but the best time of the day is the sunset, when the sky becomes purple and red and Miami skyline is right in front of you.
