If you crave more excitement, the house is located just 15 minutes from the famous Santa Cruz Beach and Boardwalk as well as the quaint beachside town of Capitola. Monterey Bay and Carmel are a short drive away and feature world renowned golf courses, great restaurants, wine tasting, shopping, and several tourist attractions including the Monterey Bay Aquarium, 17 mile drive, Cannery Row, and Point Lobos.

Upstairs: Large master bedroom features a king-size bed, reading area and private bath and ocean views. Bedroom two has one queen and one double bed. Bedroom three is a large room with two queen beds. Large game room and library with brand new pool table, books and games.

Downstairs: Very spacious living quarters. Queen bed in bedroom four. Large dining room overlooks the outdoor patio with views to the ocean. Dining room table has seating for eight. Relaxing living room features brand new furnishings and gas fireplace. Separate family room with large screen TV, VCR/DVD, satellite, gas fireplace, and comfortable seating. Fully-equipped, spacious kitchen offers table with seating for six. New carpeting. PLEASE No Pets and No Smoking.
