Designer-decorated, Over 2000 square foot, three plus bedroom, three and a half bath, Caribbean-style villa. Fully-equipped, state-of-the-art, open-concept kitchen with cooktop, microwave oven, large dishwasher, and stainless steel side-by-side refrigerator with ice dispenser. Also included is a stacking washer and dryer. There are three full-size bathrooms (two en-suite) and a main floor powder room. Each bedroom has a TV, as well as a large 42 inch Plasma TV with MX sound. DVD/Video player in the living room (four TVs altogether).

The Development
Large, five-tier cascading swimming pool with waterfalls and hot tub literally steps from your door. Barbecue area and 300 feet of pure white sandy beach steps away!
Our villa is situated in the East End of Grand Cayman, away from the noise and congestion of seven-mile beach. Yet, we are only a 15 minute drive from the Airport and 20 minute drive from Georgetown..
Several fine dining restaurants are nearby, including the famous "Portofinos", "Lighthouse",, and "Castro's Hideaway" where you can see the "Barefoot Man" perform on Tuesdays and Thursdays. (Reserve early, it sells out!)
The main attraction of the East End, in addition to the tranquility, of course, is the fabulous snorkeling and diving. It is a well known fact among divers that the best diving in Grand Cayman is in the East End. There are several very reputable dive operators within a five to ten minute drive.
This is the ideal location and set-up if you are travelling with your family and not everyone is a diver. Instead of being cooped up in a hotel room while the divers are out on the dive boats, you have a spacious home with a full kitchen and all the amenities, a beautiful refreshing pool and beach for the non-divers and children to enjoy.
The Floorplan
A fabulous floor plan in many ways, featuring three spacious bedrooms, luxurious en-suite bathrooms, huge closets and views of the Caribbean Sea from just about every room. There is a patio with table and four chairs off the main floor and second floor balcony with two lounge chairs and table. The front patio has a table and two chairs.
Main Floor
The main floor bedroom with en-suite is separate from the other sleeping areas - perfect for guests, teenagers, or perhaps older relatives travelling with you.
Second Floor
The spacious Master Bedroom has a Queen-size bed and stunning cathedral ceiling with fan. The luxurious en-suite has a separate shower stall and Jacuzzi soaking tub. The second bedroom has a Queen-size bed. There is a walkout from both bedrooms to the second-floor balcony.
