This agreeable and nicely decorated 45 square meter one bedroom apartment is located close to the "Jardin des Plantes".
This apartment is ideally situated near the Latin Quarter, and in one of the most youthful parts of Paris. Close to the apartment you will find the very famous university Jussieu. Just a few minutes walking distance are the famous Pantheon and typical Rue Mouffetard. You will be able to visit the 'Jardin des Plantes' which is the Paris Botanical’s garden with its zoo and the National Museum of Natural History. The Seine River and the Cathedral Notre Dame are also at a few minutes walk. On Sunday you will see the secondhand bookseller on the quayside.
This apartment is situated on the third floor of a well-maintained 1880’s walk-up building. The main entrance gate is protected by a security system.
The exposure is east and west and the windows are double-glazed in all the apartment. There is parquet floor almost everywhere and the entrance door of the apartment is armored.
The apartment is divided as follows: When you enter is a small entry hall, on the right hand-side of it is a separate kitchen with a large window and a separate toilet.
