Our 19th floor home provides breathtaking views of the sugar white beaches and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Act now to experience everything that is great about this resort. Situated in the Seascape Resort Community, Ariel Dunes provides expansive views of the Gulf as well as the Choctowatchee Bay. Play a round of golf; stroll to the tennis courts or stretch out in the sun by one of the pools (totaling in excess of 11,000 square feet) or at the beach. The larger pool has several water features including mushroom, sprinklers, and overflows. The other pool is heated and the perfect place for relaxation. There is also an on-site fitness room, arcade, and community outdoor grills.
Inside our two-bedroom w/ bunk area, two-bath home you will find all the amenities you'd expect in luxury accommodations. Our home features nine-foot ceilings, ceramic tile in the living areas and plush carpeting in the bedrooms, raised panel kitchen cabinetry and granite countertops. It is fully equipped with a 26-inch side by side refrigerator with filtered ice and water, dishwasher, self-cleaning oven/range and built-in microwave. In addition the kitchen has been fully equipped with all the utensils, plates, cookware, and appliances required. Our home is also equipped with washer and dryer.
Our home is furnished throughout for optimal convenience and comfort. The dining area includes a large bar top with three stools and dining table with seating for six. The living room features a large sleeper/sofa, love seat, chair, and coffee table. A large TV, DVD player, VCR, and stereo complete the living area as well as broad band internet access. A large eight-foot sliding glass door opens from the living room to the patio and offers magnificent views of the Gulf and pool area below. On the balcony there is a table and chairs for outside dining as well as a lounge chair for those lazy afternoons.
The fully furnished master bedroom includes conveniences such as TV, DVD player, VCR, and CD player/alarm as well as a king-size bed with nightstands and armoire. Off the master bedroom is the master bath that includes garden tub, separate shower, and double vanity. Large eight-foot sliding glass doors provide equally impressive views of the Gulf and pool area below.
The second bedroom features a TV, DVD player, VCR, Playstation 2, and CD player/alarm as well as a queen-size bed with nightstand and armoire. It has private access to the second bath, which can also be accessed from the hallway. The Bunkroom features two twin size bunks and dresser that are just right for any adult or child.
The resort area features an 18-hole championship golf course with pro shop, convenient beach access to over 2000 feet of powder white sand and emerald green water, eight tennis courts, five additional pools, on-site Conference Center, several fresh water lakes, beach service, Whales Tail Beach Bar and Grill - seaside dining and live entertainment, water sports rental including chairs and umbrellas, and magnificent shopping at nearby Silver Shells Outlet Mall.

Brand new resort, opened last year. Easy walk to beach, two large swimming pools, one which is perfect for smaller children. The room was very nice with all new furniture. Plenty of room for six people, eight if you use the couch hideaway bed. The view of the beach and ocean from the veranda is spectacular. The location is only a few miles from major shopping and restaurants. All in all really enjoyed the resort and location and highly recommend it for a family vacation.

We had yet another wonderful Destin vacation. This was our second time at Ariel Dunes but our first in this condo. Everything was wonderful. The staff in the restaurant, the maintenance man, even the "pool police" were extremely nice. And we can't say enough good things about the owner and his kindness in making sure our stay was a good one. We hopefully will have a beach to return to next summer (if BP can get their act together) and we plan on returning to Ariel Dunes 1902.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

A fabulous place for vacation. Breath taking view, walking distance to the beach ,yet away from noise and congestion. The condo is so comfortable and accomodating we were very impressed....WE WILL BE BACK!
