Please come and enjoy our home away from home. The building is approx. 7 years new. It is a 2nd floor unit with high vaulted ceiling and new clean comfortable furnishings. We leave basic kitchen, laundry and bathroom supplies for your convienence. Amenities include warming up poolside (4 heated pools) then visit one of the on-site restaurants. Play golf, play golf, play golf !! pro-shop, tennis, club house with fitness room, classes, and group activities are few other amenities.
The gated community is beautifully maintained with sidewalks, lakes and landscaping with varied foliage and lots of flowers. The snack shack makes packing for the beach easy, just stop on the way out for sandwiches and drinks for your cooler. Beach chairs, umbrellas and cookout supplies are in the garage for your use.
Sarasota also has beautiful beaches, live music, performing arts and museums, among a few things to list. Siesta Key beach is 15 minutes/six miles straight down Clark Road, crossing the south bridge onto the key. Every Sunday for sunset is drum circle at the public beach, people gather about an hour before.
*GOLFERS * Enjoy golf and club privileges on a challenging championship course designed by Azinger and Lewis. You have the opportunity to use our Membership Transfer Package (cost $200). Two people can play golf and use all clubhouse facilities. A twenty dollar greens fee is from November through April. All other months have no fees, so your cart cost at $18 is it. In addition, most months, there is a membership reciprocity at over 20 other area courses. |
