The remainder of the rent, a $1000 refundable security deposit, and
$150 non refundable cleaning fee is due prior to arrival.
The security deposit minus expenses for excessive damages/cleaning

The house exceeded out expectations in every way. The location was as described and familiar to us. The property was very clean and extremely well maintained, Two small things would have made our stay a bit more comfortable - heavier blankets (we were there during a cold spell) and better tv selection although there were attempts by the owner to correct that problem. The Guatemalan wall hangings were beautiful and the patio was very pretty as well. The owner was very helpful in answering questions by email and telephone and I would recommend this property to friends and relatives. We would definitely rent again.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+.

My husband and i stayed at this property for two weeks in August 2011. We enjoyed the location as it was close (2 miles) to South Mountain Park. The home was very comfortable - everything a person needed was there! The pictures represented the home well - nothing too fancy, but perfect for our holiday! The pool was a nice touch and we used it every day! The owner was very easy to communicate with - through emails - and all our questions and concerns were always addressed in a timely fashion. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone and would return to Ahwatukee and this home if we visit Arizona again.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+.

Stayed here in Jan 07. Lovely home in a nice, quite community. Great location with access to many resturants, shopping, etc. Owner was very accomodating. Great Experience.
