Casa de Oro, a charming 3 bedroom/2 bath home(or use as a 2 bedroom, one bath home ideal for 1 to 4 persons) is on beautiful three bay beach of 'PLAYA PELADA' with its unique 'blow holes' in the lava outcroppings and famous bat caves. A great spot to watch sunset from 'OLGAS BAR', OR the UNBEATABLE location of 'LA LUNA'. The place where locals keep their fishing pongas and and families come for beachparties and cookouts. And some good surfing on occasion.
Along with the CASA DE ORO, the 'CASA JARDIN', a few feet away, is available for larger groups. This cute studio home is complete with a double and single bed upstairs and two bedrooms and bath downstairs with separate entrance. Or these small guest bedrooms are available separately.
These homes are very affordable and also good for long term rentals. Within walking to stores, restaurants and even the 'pueblo of Nosara' for post office, bus and airport, as well as the Del Mar Academy. check us out!
