Location: Chatham Park, Kissimmee Central, Kissimmee, Central-Disney-Orlando Area, Florida, USA (1/2 mile off Hwy. 192, Orlando Airport 20 minutes)

Accommodations:  Single-Family Home, 3 Bedrooms + Other (See Description), 2 Baths (Sleeps 6-7)

We are located in Chatham Park, a guarded community and a great location. This home is our dream home and we would like to share it with you. We have three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a private screened-in pool with pool alarms on doors and windows patio side. We have a fully-equipped kitchen with a Super-Walmart and other shopping only five minutes away. Pets are allowed by owner permission and this is a Non-Smoking home.

We are located one half mile off of Route #192 and its many restaurants and stores. We are five miles from the Disney Parks and less than 15 miles from SeaWorld and Universal Studios. Many Dinner Shows are in the area, including: Medieval Times, Wild Bill's, Arabian Nights, Al Capone's, and many more. Golf, horseback riding, and airboat rides are nearby also. We know that you will have a wonderful time!

  • Dianne, Our stay in your home added greatly to our vacation to Disney. It was a short drive to all of the attractions and shopping. You thought of everything one would need on vacation; washer and dryer, pool toys and floats, baby furniture and even a BBQ grill, {the automatic garage door opener was nice too).   • Hello Dennis & Dianne, We returned from your beautiful home on Saturday night 11/5/05. We all loved the pool. It was great coming home from the parks and being able to relax and swim. The weather was good it only rained 1 half of a day during our stay. I would recommend this home to all family and friends also heating the pool for the week was a great feature.   • This home was VERY nice! I especially enjoyed having the DSL. This home is very close to the parks and we were able to go "home" mid-day and take a rest and/or swim and eat a meal. Everything you need is close by. The home is very clean and has plenty of room to spread out and take a break. I would definately recommend this home and will stay there again if we have the opportunity to go back! Thanks!

  • Dianne: Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay in your home. It was our first experience in renting a vacation home and it was truly enjoyable. It exceeded our expectations. Everything was neat, clean, and totally enjoyable. We were even able to survive Hurricane Jeanne without any undue stress. It was very nice to be so close to Disney World, many eating establishments, and the other attractions of the area. Each morning it was great being able to sit by the pool, enjoy breakfast and our devotional time in a quiet, relaxing atmosphere.
