This beautiful condo includes all of the amenities you could ask for. Granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances including a premium dishwasher along with full-sized washer and dryer make living in paradise a reality.
The master suite, tastefully decorated in soothing colors, includes upgraded granite double vanities and an incredibly comfortable king size bed with premium sheets and comforter. Listen to the sound of the Gulf of Mexico as you drift off to sleep or watch you favorite DVD or TV show on the flat screen TV. Wake to the smell of coffee (you mean your kids don't get up and make coffee for you every morning?) and enjoy that first cup of the day as you sit in your PJs on the perfectly private deck.
The guest suite is fully decorated with a plush queen size bed and the entertainment center with DVD and flat screen TV will keep the kids busy if they have any energy left after their day on the beach. The separate guest bathroom will prevent a line when you decide to relax for a while in a hot bath in the master suite. The kids probably won't miss you anyway since they have internet access from the guest suite.
Have a large family or the neighbor's kids with you? The bunk room and convertible couch will really come in handy. This unit feels like a luxury 3 bedroom (but for the price of 2). The bunk room is really a room with a window, NOT a closet with bunks! Overall, the unit will sleep 8.
If you get thirsty on the beach or by the pool, the full Tiki bar at Calypso will come in handy. Only steps from the pool, both adult and family beverages are available. If you make a mean frozen daiquiri, do it yourself. Your home in paradise includes plenty of ice, easily accessible via the in-door ice dispenser, and a full-size blender.
Calypso Resort is the most convenient family friendly resort in beautiful Panama City Beach. Pier Park Mall has quickly become the dining and entertainment center of the Emerald Coast with many local and national restaurants, shops and a multiplex stadium movie theater. It is a short, pleasant walk from your vacation hideaway. You can easily enjoy your entire vacation without ever feeling the need to use your car.
A reservation deposit by personal check or major credit card (via PayPal) will hold your reservation with balance due 30 days before arrival. 5 day rentals available in May. We Really enjoyed your condo .Everything was included in the kitchen to be able to fix a snack or ,to fix a full meal. The view from the balcony was fantastic. The Great Grand Children had a ball. Would recomend this unit to anyone looking for a home, away from home. The weather in October was good temps in the high 70s. Thanks so much, Diana& Craig.

We enjoyed our stay. Walking distance from Pier Park. Great view. This condo was clean with plenty of space for 4 adults.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children.

5 of my high school girlfriends go to Panama City each year in May. We decided to try the Other end of the beach this year. Our condo choice was great - it was very clean, nice size rooms, beautiful view. It was easy to book with the owners and they were timely in sending the info they promised. You can walk to the Park Pier which is full of restaurants, shopping and night entertainment. All very clean and safe "feeling". The pool is clean although not enough chairs when busy. But we enjoyed the beach this year with the 2 chairs that come with the condo. I did love that perk! We will stay again as the entire time we were there - dolphin would swim and jump in our view - must be the pier where people fish - attracted them. A beautiful sight!

03/31/08 Positive I brought down 8 people 2 adults and 6 children to the Calypso condominium 3BR 2Bth 2-1106 west tower. The condo was very spacious and very accomodating. It was nice to be able to cook your own food and do your laundry in the luxury of your own "home". Very nice accomodations and would highly recommend and will stay again in future. There are plenty of places to eat and shop and the view from the balcony is priceless. Leaving the sliding doors open at night hearing the waves could not have been more peaceful and relaxing.
