We stayed in this condo from July 10 -17. The complex is directly on a nice stretch of beach just before the bridge to the next island, we liked it because it wasn't too crowded. John's Pass is right across the street, with plenty of places to shop and eat. So, location is great! The pool and common areas are nice, plenty of lounge chairs available throughout the day. The unit itself is adequate. It was clean & well equipped. It is quite small, but fine for 2 people. We had our teenage daughter with us, so it was a little cramped, but we managed. The view from the balcony is poor. This unit is on the 3rd floor and looks onto the roof of the 2nd floor air conditioning units. The owners were upfront about the view, they did not try to hide anything, so we knew what to expect. All you need to do is move over a bit on the balcony to get a direct ocean view. We sat out in the evening, so the view didn't matter...the breeze was amazing! All in all, this complex is about a 3*, it's older, but well kept. If you want the Hilton, stay at the Hilton. For the price, this place is great! We would stay here again.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing.
