On edge of the Seventh and 15th arrondissements, one of the most elegant areas of Paris, this luxury and new apartment is located in a high standing building of the Avenue de Suffren 50 meters away from the Metro station, within a two minutes walking distance of from Champs de Mars and the Eiffel Tower. You will be in in the neighbourhood of the Rodin museum as well as Les Invalides. It is very conveniently and centrally situated, just four stops (10 minutes) to St Germain des Près, the Notre Dame, the Sorbonne in the Latin district and Luxembourg gardens. It is a safe and quiet neighbourhood yet near numerous shops and stores, restaurants and supermarkets. Enjoy the nearby open market at avenue de Breteuil, every Thursday's and Saturday's. The nearest metro stations are La Motte-Picquet (lines 6/8/10) and Dupleix (line 6).
The apartment is at the second floor via elevator and consists of a double bedroom (two persons) and a single bedroom (one person). This single bedroom can provide two more extra beds for kids (Total of three single-bed for Children in the same bedroom). The apartment has a wide and very elegant living room (60 square meter), providing also a comfortable sofa convertible for two people.
This very elegant spacious apartment can accommodate comfortably up to five Adults or a family of six persons (four adults plus two children). The double bedroom is furnished by a a double bed (king-size 180 cms) for two people, a large wardrobe and minor furnishings. The single bedroom has a single bed (80 cm), and the possibility to add one extra-bed for children (two beds for children in total), a desk, shelves for books, etc.
The wide and elegant living room has a balcony looking at Eiffel Tower, a sitting area with two comfortable sofas and armchairs; and a dining zone with a table for six to eight people.
The separate kitchen is equipped by oven, microwave, electric ceramic contact grills, "american style" refrigerator and freezer, washing/drying machine and dishwasher, bread toaster, and electric coffee maker and espresso machine, a complete set of kitchen utensils, crockery, pots and pans.
You will have cable TV with CNN, BBC, and a DVD player, free unlimited high speed Internet connection (bring your Laptop), telephone for incoming calls (use your calling card for long distance).
