This charming apartment is situated in Rue Vaneau, in the 7th district, between the fancy Saint-Germain des Près and lively Montparnasse neighbourhoods, close the Rue Sèvres, well known because of many fashionable clothes boutiques and Le Bon Marché, the best department stores in Paris.
The entry is through a private flourished courtyard. Coming into the apartment we have an elegant veranda, which is part of a nice and bright living room. On one side of the living room, there is a bedroom, on the other side a study.
The bedroom has a queen size bed, a wide wall closet, minor furniture, and its private bathroom including shower/tub, sink and toilette. The study has a desk, TV cable, high-speed Internet connection, and an elegant sofa, which can be converted in two comfortable single beds; also the study has its own bathroom (shower cabin and sink) and a separate room for the toilette.
