Direct ocean front three bedroom condominium with over 1500 square feet making it one of the largest in Ocean City with views of spectacular sunrises from the Master Bedroom, Dining Room and Living Room every morning and glorious sunsets over the bay every evening from the second and third bedrooms.

Our condo is completely newly renovated with fresh paint, all brand new furniture, carpeting, newly tiled hallways, foyer, kitchen and dining area. Both bathrooms have been completely renovated this past winter to include new tiling on the floors and walls and new sinks and cabinets. We have also just installed new window treatments throughout the condo. Dimmer switches everywhere provide the exact lighting for whatever mood you are in. The Living Room has a brand new queen sleeper sofa and love seat and features a 56 inch high definition wide screen TV with Bose surround sound with DVD/VCR. New art decor and fully mirrored wall offers spacious comfortable relaxing atmosphere.

The Dining Room has a new dining room table with comfortable seating for eight. Breakfast bar has seating for four and Breakfast Nook with bistro table with seating for three is situated at the windows offering direct ocean and beach viewing.

Sip your morning coffee and watch the dolphins frolic in the ocean or have your lunch and watch the kids jumping the waves or eat dinner and watch the beach walkers.

Two wicker rockers off of the dining area look out of the sliding glass doors in a sitting area giving you the feeling of a cottage front porch looking out at the ocean.

The kitchen is remodelled and fully equipped. Features include new ceramic tiles on the floor and walls, microwave, full sized dishwasher, refrigerator, oven and stove. There is table settings for 14 and new pots and pans.

Master Bedroom is direct ocean front to view the most spectacular sunrises. It features a king sized bed with new extra soft pillow top mattress. You may be tempted to spend the whole day in bed. A large dresser and two night stands and a TV on a three drawer stand with DVD/VCR player round out the furnishings for this room.

The second bedroom is furnished with two new pyramid beds eqaul to two twin beds and two double beds. This arrangement sleeps six. Let the kids have fun in here. Room includes TV with DVD/VCR player and dresser. Easy hook-up for your video games.

The third bedroom is handsomely furnished with a queen sized bed and new mattress and two night stands. You'll find the TV with DVD/VCR player hidden inside the three drawered TV stand.

Magnificent breathtaking views of the ocean, bay and south Ocean City can be had from both the second and third bedrooms.

Our condo also has a completely private balcony which overlooks the ocean and beach and outdoor pool. It is completely free from any neighbor's conversations or noise.

The Quay's amenities include a heated outdoor pool with sun deck and heated indoor pool. The outdoor pool is usually open through the end of October since it is heated and the indoor pool is open year round. The building has indoor corridors keeping you out of the weather when getting to your room. No windy outside catwalks.

On the second floor of the Quay you will find a large game room equipped with pool table, air hockey and many video games and pinball machines. There is also a ping pong room and convenience store which carries many of the beach items and necessities you may be looking for. During the summer months there is an outdoor grille for a quick lunch or snack.

Also on the second floor you will find the building's WiFi hot spot available for all to use free of charge.

I addition, the second floor has newly renovated men's and women's locker rooms with saunas open for the use of all guests.

The unit is a Non-smoking, Sunday to Sunday rental, which sleeps 12. Bring the whole family or share the rental with extended family or friends.

One parking spot is included with additional parking usually available for a nominal fee.

  • Covered Parking: The Quay has some covered parking under the building and under the parking deck.
  • Off Street Parking: There is additional public parking across the street.
  • Elevator: Elevators are located right outside our condo door.

  • King Bed: Kind bed in master bedroom is so nice and comfy. New pillow top mattress is 16 inches deep.
  • Queen Bed: There is a new queen mattress in the back bedroom.
  • Bunk Bed: There are two pyramid beds with new mattresses in the second bedroom. Each pyramid bed has a twin sized bed on top and a double bed on the bottom. New mattresses are on all the pryamid beds. There is sleeping for six in this room so let all the kids bunk together and have a good time.
  • Convertible Bed: Queen sized bed in the Living Room sleeper sofa.

  • Cable/Satellite TV: There is satellite TV in the Living Room and all three Bedrooms. TV in Living Room is a big 56 inch wide screen TV. Enjoy a movie in the evening on the big screen with a bag of popcorn. Just like in the movies. All bedrooms have TV's with DVD/VCR players. TV's have easy access for hooking up your video game system.

  • Video Library: There is a rather large collection of movies for the kids as well as adults to watch in VCR format as well as DVD format. If there is a particular movie you'd like to watch bring it from home or rent from the local Blockbuster located at 120th Street. Don't worry about the format because every TV has a DVD/VRC player.
  • Shared Pool: Heated outdoor pool and heated indoor pool. The outdoor pool is usually kept open through October since it is heated. Both pools are kept nice and warm for a nice relaxing swim.
  • Sauna: There is a sauna on the second floor located in each of the newly renovated men's and women's locker rooms. These rooms are available to all guests by using your building key.

  • Full Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with enough place settings for 14 people.
  • Cooking Utensils Provided: There are plenty of pots and pans and cutlery to prepare as big of a meal or as small of a meal as you wish. Sometimes you make big meals on your vacation and sometimes you make reservations on your vacation. Either way our kitchen will accomodate you.
  • Refrigerator: New full size refrigerator freezer with ice maker.
  • Dishwasher: A full size dishwasher for all those dirty dishes.
  • Microwave: A full size microwave oven mounted under the cabinet to give you more counter space.

  • Catering Available: An abundant amount of area restaurants, sandwich shops and pizza parlors deliver to the Quay. There is also a Take Out Taxi in Ocean City which will deliver any type of cuisine you are in the mood for.
• Outdoor Features
  • Deck/Patio: There is an outside deck just outside the second floor exit going to the beach overlooking the pool which has a couple of picnic tables with large umbrellas covering them. You can bring your own picnic meal or purchase your snacks from the outside grille and have a relaxing meal or snack in the warm sunshine.
  • Balcony: Our balcony is private just off of the Dining Room. It is enclosed on three sides. It overlooks the outdoor pool and the beach and ocean. There are two very comfortable wooden chairs (one a rocker).
• View/Location
  • Beachfront: Our condo is direct ocean front. There is nothing between you and the beach except the heated outdoor pool. Spectacular sunrises are all yours if you choose to awaken early enough to see them. These sunrises are yours from the Master Bedroom, Dining Room, Breakfast Nook, garden style sitting area or ocean front balcony. Gorgeous views of the beach, south Ocean City and the bay can be seen from the second and third bedrooms. Watch the beautiful sunsets over the bay each evening.
  • Beach View: Look down on the beach and ocean. Watch the kids jumping the waves, the surfers riding the waves or the dolphins frolicking in the waves.
  • Oceanfront: Sit on the balcony and watch the O.C. Rocket (big excursion boat) giving rides up and down the ocean to guests and vacationers of Ocean City. If you're lucky you can see the dolphins "playing" with boat as they swim alongside and around the boat as it passes the Quay.

  • Telephone: We have a telphone in the Dining Room which can be used for local calls.
  • WiFi (Wireless Internet): Free wireless internet is available using your own computer on the second floor of the Quay. If you must stay in touch with the office or do some work this service is available and free of charge.

  • Two Outdoor Showers coming off of the beach, lit tennis court and basketball court outside. Convenience Store, Ping-Pong, Game Room with video games, air hockey and pool table, Sauna, heated indoor Pool on the second floor of the Quay. Heated outdoor pool between the building and the beach with Outdoor Grille during the summer months.

  • Handicapped Accessible (may have limitations): The Quay can be entered without having to deal with steps through on the first floor. Elevators then bring you to our condo. Our condo has standard doors and may not accomodate wheel chairs. There is a stall shower in the Master Bedroom with a wide door opening.

  • Kid Friendly: We keep our condo kid friendly. The second bedroom is decorated for the kids and sleeps 6. Let the kids all bunk together and enjoy the TV with DVD/VCR. The TV has jacks on the front for easy hook-up of your video game set. There is also a large collection of kids movies to choose from for their entertainment.
  • Minimum Age Limit for Renters: We only rent to families. No family groups under the age of 25 will be accepted.
  • Smoking Not Allowed: We keep our condo a non-smoking unit so please - no smoking.
