The 1,400 sq. ft. condo is a 2 bedroom plus sleep loft with panoramic views of ski slopes and mountain range from the third floor balcony deck and living room windows. It is conveniently located close to the Peak 9 Quicksilver lift at the base of the mountain, and close to Main Street and Maggy Pond.
The clean, spacious condo can accommodate a large group or family (6 - 12 people). The condo has an upgraded and fully functional kitchen. The living room with cathedral ceiling has new comfortable furnishings and TV/VCR/DVD/CD stereo, and open gas fireplace. Each room has its own thermostatically controlled heat for your individual comfort. Each bedroom has a full bathroom with vanity area and TV/VCR/DVD, as well as access to a rear balcony. The loft can sleep up to 4 people as a 3rd semi-private bedroom. The wrap-around balcony deck has table & chairs and gas grill for entertaining or just lounging in the western sun while enjoying the mountain views. Individual Parking garage is directly below the condo. Wireless Internet availability in the condo. Laundry room and Ski Locker are available on ground floor.

We chose The Lift Condos because of the close proximity to the Peak 9 chairlift and walking distance to Main Street, and the beautiful views of the ski slopes and mountain range. Breckenridge is a worldwide destination resort with many amenities and always things to do year-round.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We enjoy using the year-round heated swimming pool and choose from any one of the 4 indoor/outdoor hot tubs. The view of the mountain range is one of the best views in Breckenridge.

If you're coming to Breck with a bunch of friends or a sizeable family this is a fantastic condo. It has a great combination of affordability and plenty of room to have many people at the condo. We had 12 stay at the condo and we were all very comfortable. There's a beautiful view and a nice large deck to hang out on outside. 3 bathrooms was great to have with as many folks as we had. It makes getting up and out on the slopes easier and faster. Very short walk to lifts. Can't say enough about this place. It's not fancy, but it's comfortable and has all the amenities you need. I will definitely be returning.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

This condo completely met our group of family and friends needs and expectations. The view is fabulous, the living spaces can easily accommodate 8-10 for meals and conversation, and the location (close to Lift 9 and Main Street) is ideal. We are already talking about coming back next year.

We stayed here at the beginning of January and we thought it was the best place we've stayed at in Breckenridge. The walk to the lift is so close and convenient, and the condo had everything we needed for the weekend. Main street is so easy to get to and we love the going to the Irish bar, which is so close to the condo! I would recommend this condo to anybody that wants to stay in Breckenridge. It's a great place for families or for a group of friends! Thanks again!!!
