Rating Details: I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was more than happy with the location. The vacation rental was clean. The property manager was adequately helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful home; comfy and nicely decorated; plenty of amenities....we had a wonderful visit! In fact, the neighborhood is so nice my husband mentioned he wouldn't mind owning in this lovely neighborhood. We visited this rental property during ski season with 3 couples and 3 children (ages 9-16)....plenty of space for all. We had one issue (someone had turned the heat off prior to us arriving) and it did not work after we went out for a couple hours; however, we were very happy with the immediate service we received from the owner and "maintenance" serviceman (who was over in 10 mins late on a Friday evening) and the situation was rectified right away (also, the rental company followed up the next morning as well). Rating Details: I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was more than helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Eight of us were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped and very clean, although there is no place to store pantry items. The smaller downstairs br needs a new mattress, and the neighborhood is very "tight" and neighbors seemed rather nosy! Was hoping for more "space" and a location closer to lake. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a terrific fourth of July family break at Deep Creek. The property was wonderful. Very clean, lots of room, and easy access to all Deep Creek has to offer. Would have given the location 5 stars, except the property doesn't offer much in privacy or shade. That didn't bother us much though, since the neighboring owners were very friendly and welcoming. Renting a boat from Silver Tree Marina is highly recommended if you are not bringing your own boat to the lake. We aquired a pontoon with 60 hp. Only problems: Oven did not seem to bake well (minor detail)It took a while for the dryer to dry cloths (I think a bird has built a nest in the vent) There was no gas for the grill (minor detail) We even enjoyed the Bear and winter decor. We each had our own bedroom in the house - all rooms are a great size, but the queen bed on the main floor could be replaced with a better mattress. Otherwise, we found the house very comfortable, charming, and well stocked for our needs.
