The home has one king-size bed, one queen-size bed, two twins, and one sleeper sofa, and sleeps eight. The great room has a 35-inch Sony TV, DVD, VCR, Stereo, and Surround Sound; the master has a 20-inch Sony TV and high speed internet access; and the bedroom with twin beds has a 20-inch Sony with VCR. The home has a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer and a two-car garage.
One-half mile from the house is the Troon North 37,000 square foot, full-service clubhouse offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The Five Star Four Seasons Hotel and resort is 6/10's of a mile away with gourmet restaurant and spa open to the public.
