This was a wonderful and comfortable home in a beautiful gated community. The home was perfect for our needs. We have 3 children ages 8,6 and 2, and found the house to be very accomodating for our needs. It was like being at home, but much more relaxing. We found the house to be very clean and well kept. We enjoyed going to nearby Cave Creek for tourist-type shopping, they also have a good number of restaurants to enjoy.

Recommended for:Families with young children, girls getaway.

Just wanted to say thanks for the use of your home. I have rented probably 15 different homes in Scottsdale over the years...and we really enjoyed yours. Definitely on the smaller end of the spectrum from what we usually rent...but set up well. The golf green got a lot of use with our family. Even though we live on a course..my boys never stop playing given the opportunity. Thanks again.

We had a wonderful time in Scottsdale and enjoyed ourselves very much! Your home is absolutely gorgeous! We can imagine you and your family enjoy it very much. The golfers were able to golf each of the days we were there. We traveled home safely late last night and spent the day today at our lake home/....we have to ease back into the real world gradually! This home was perfect for us. We stayed three nights and enjoyed every minute of it. The owners were very easy to get a hold of and their response time was always fast. They fixed the house up so pretty for the Holidays too! The beds were SO comfortable, the pool and jacuzzi were wonderful and the sound system was perfect for playing our favorite seasonal music on. We especially liked the separate thermostats for the house and master bedroom; that made sleeping so comfortable for everyone. The owner left instructions for everything so it was easy to use the amenities in the home. The kids enjoyed the games that were there and the kitchen literally had EVERYTHING we could ever need. One thing we noticed that was especially nice was that this owner made sure there were plenty of towels and lots of toilet paper; some vacation rentals don't ever have enough of these two things for our family of six people. We will keep this home on our short list for THE place to stay while in the Valley. They are also great about refunding the deposit right away, which is really nice. Thanks for the perfect family stay!

The location was great too, my husband golfed lots at Troon North and we hiked Pinnacle Peak which was awesome. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. We had 2 coyotes walk right in front of us while on a walk around the neighborhood and Thursday evening the bobcat from up the mountain was walking around the grounds of the house across the street while we sat out back. They make for very interesting neighbors. We really wished the week did not go by so fast! Thank you again. Ronda

The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. We had 2 coyotes walk right in front of us while on a walk around the neighborhood and Thursday evening the bobcat from up the mountain was walking around the grounds of the house across the street while we sat out back. This was our first stay at a VRBO home and what a great experience!! The home was very nice and well appointed. The pool was perfect for the June weather and the putting green a nice way to get ready for the courses! The neighborhood was quiet and but close to restaurants, grocery, shopping and gas station. The owners couldn't have been easier to work with. We will definitely want to stay here when we travel back to Scottsdale!

The owners were extremely accomidating and helpful. The house was well stocked and perfectly clean when we arrived. It was even stocked w/ many baby supplies including a pack and play, highchair and outlet plugs! The house itself was the perfect size for our group (6 adults and 4 babies) and beautifully decorated. We recieved our damage deposit back in less than 48 hours from the time we checked out. We had a great time hanging out by the private pool and hot tub. Golfing is seconds from the property and very nice. If our vacation plans take us to Scottsdale again we would absolutely rent this house and would recommend this property to any of our friends. perfect! The house was beautiful and extremely well furnished; the cupboards were full of most condiments (unlike other VRBO homes where only salt and pepper exist!). The privacy of the location was a plus and we really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and putting green! It was over the holiday season and the owner even had holiday decorations throughout the main living areas...a very nice touch! We would definitely recommend it to friends and family and hope to return for another visit!

"'Club Goils Escape'" The home and grounds were PERFECT for the 7 'goils' to get together and just hang out and spend some time together. The owners were quick to respond to the tiniest question and everything was available to meet our every need. This home was fully equipped with everything you might need down to the blow up beach ball!! The next time we escape to Arizona - we will definitely choose to stay there again.

"Whats not to love about this home?" As the title suggests - what’s not to love about this home? We had a great time spending a week in your beautiful Scottsdale home last June. Waking up on Father’s day morning and sitting in the pool side spa with my son was surely a great way to start our week there. Proceeding across the street to then play the world renowned Troon North golf course made the day even that much more special. Everything about the home was perfect. Great location, great amenities and the close proximity to all the things we wanted to do made us feel extremely comfortable - like being in our own home. We even ran the Pinnacle Peak trail (a five minute walk from the home) a few mornings during our stay to get in our workouts while on vacation. That’s how comfortable we were. The backyard pool area at the home was spectacular. Having our own spa to relax in was always the way to begin and end each day. The yard has everything you would want and was very comfortable and quiet to hang out in. Grilled foods and frozen margaritas on the outdoor patio was how we spent most evenings. Perfect! The home itself is very warm and welcoming. Just the right size for a family to spend time away from home in. Everything we needed to make our vacation home feel like our own home was supplied. The entire rental transaction was smooth and stress free. Matt was always quick to respond to any questions that came up. We already booked a return visit next year and are looking forward to staying in your home again. I would highly recommend this vacation home to anyone looking to stay in the Scottsdale area.

As described and as pictured This was a lovely, comfortable and well equipped home in a beautifully maintained and quiet neighbourhood. It was easy to navigate to the golf courses, shops and locations that we wanted to visit whie we were there. There was plenty of information about the area, provided by the owner. We especially enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings when it cooled off significantly. Pinnacle Peak Park was close by for a hike up the mountain. It was easy to go for a morning run in the neighborhood. We saw plenty of wildlife. This home and neighborhood made for a very stress free holiday.

Fabulous Home for Family Vacation

My family and I stayed at this resort-style home in July, 2008 for 1 week. This was my first vacation rental as I have small children and have always stayed @ upscale reorts. I was Pleasantly surprised and pleased with my stay at this Resort-Style Home! The amentities accomodated all of our needs, from kitchen applances, basis condiments, and things to accomodate families traveling with young children - (ie Highchair, Pool Toys, Child Locks on Sliding Glass Door, Crib, etc.) I couldn't have asked for anything more to make my vacation any easier!!!!! The owners were easily reachable via phone and the home was EXTREMELY clean and organized (which made our family feel right at home). Excellent view of Troon North Golf Course and located within a pleasant, gated community. Downtown Scottsdale was about a 15 minuite drive from the house, but there are many area restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping nearby. Thanks Matt & Debbie for having us - we enjoyed ourselves and will consider returning to your home on our next trip! Andrea
