We stayed at the condo (2bed/2 bath) for 3.5 weeks. Curtis is very nice to do business with. THe condo was perfect and relaxing. Fabulous Pirate Pool view. My daughter is in a wheelchair and the pool has a zero entry side which was very nice. The resort is very clean and staff goes out of their way to help you. The food at Frankie O"Farrells is good home cooking. Close to everything including great shopping! I couldn't ask for an easier person then Curtis to deal with and we totally enjoyed our stay. Can't wait to go back again next winter.

Wonderful Springboard to All Orlando Parks

We just returned from a week at Lake Buena Vista Resort, and this particular unit exceeded our expectations on every level. The unit is clean and well appointed, and the owner was very easy to contact for inquiries and rental agreements. The owner even called to be sure we had arrived safely and had all of our needs met, which was especially thoughtful considering I have rented VRBO properties multiple times and have never heard from an owner without first contacting them. All photos and descriptions were accurate, and the resort staff members were very pleasant and helpful. We had more than enough room for our family of five, and the kids loved the large pool and pirate ship water slide. We were able to use this condo as a springboard to Universal, Seaworld, and even Busch Gardens without any difficulty. There are plenty of places to eat nearby after returning from a day at the parks, and I cannot recommend this unit more highly.

We stayed at this lovely condo for our vacation and it was great! Close to all the theme parks, supermarkets, restaurants, and even Walmart! It was clean and beautiful inside and the internet access worked great too! We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the Orlando area! You Will Not Find Better Accommodations at This Price Anywhere in Orlando!

This condo far exeeded our expectations, which were arlready very high. It was clean, spacious, and beautifully furnished. My wife enjoyed the jacuzzi tub, while my daughters eagerly tapped into the free wireless connection (strong signal) with their iPod Touches. Several Highlights: * We didn't arrive until amost 11:00 pm. In the back of my mind, I worried coming in that late might present some challenges. The resort's 24 hour front desk checked us in quickly and with a smile. * Very close to ALL major attractions in Orlando. * Covered parking * Nice pool with water slide * Spotless condo * Washer and dryer (you will want to use these after traveling and visiting the parks). Don't stay anywhere that doesn't have them). * Full, well-appointed kitchen, which allows you to cook and offset the small fortune you will spend at Disney, Univesal, etc.. * So much more. I would recommend (and already have) this property to anyone. On prior trips, I've stayed at Animal Kingdom Lodge at Disney. It was nice, but the rooms were small and outrageously priced. I've also rented a house near the parks with a pool, etc., but didn't have the amenities (large pool, food, drink, 24 hour check-in, etc). as this resort. Having a car in Orlando has always been my preference. I hate waiting in lines for the monorail system used by onsite properties, particularly when the parks open and close and everyone needs them at the same time. A car (or free shuttle offered by this resort) allows you to avoid those lines. You will want to save your "line-waiting patience" for the larger attractions in each park. There are other units available on VRBO for this resort, but HERE'S WHY I WOLD RENT FROM CURT. 1) He provided excellent communication during the booking process 2) He called us after we checked in to make sure everything was ok 3) He lives in Orlando, and gives his renters his cell number, if anything should arise during your stay 4) His units are priced the same as other comparable units, but he absorbs the cleaning fees, etc, making your net cost less expensive. 5) He followed up again after the trip to make sure we enjoyed our stay. You will not be disappointed with this property, or the service offered by Curt.

Wonderful Condo!

Just returned from a week at this wonderful condo. We used all of the amenities at the resort -- from the pool, restaurant, work out room, to the little store. It was a great location and very clean. The room set-up was perfect! We enjoyed staying at a property that was close to Disney, but not on Disney property. This condo fit our needs perfectly. Curt was a pleasure to work with throughout the process. The staff was very pleasant also. We'll be back!

The condo exceeded our expectations. As stated in the description it was very close to Disney World, Downtown Disney and many family friendly restaurants. The condo we were in wasn't poolside. The poolside restaurant and bar was very friendly with good service. We enjoyed the pool every evening after a hot day at the parks. I would recommend to friends and family.

Perfect Family Vacation Apartment

The apartment was exactly as described. The apartment was immaculate. It had everything that is needed. It is close to supermarkets, Walmart, everything that may be needed is easily accessible. I wish I could have stayed longer to have enjoyed all of the amenities. Too bad we did not have time to go to the pool. It looked spectacular. The only thing I could ask for would be a better internet connection. It was practically impossible to use the internet.

We had a very positive experience. The condo, pool and facility were great. New and spotlessly clean. The staff was professional. Location to the parks is excellent. Working with Curtis was very easy, too. We recommend it, and will hope to stay here again.

Hi Curtis….I've been meaning to write and tell you how awesome your apartment was! We're just back at school and work and very busy. We really loved staying there. too bad we didn't have more time. I would like to echo the comments of others by saying that we were extremely pleased with the apartment and we were really looking forward to coming back after having walked all day. The TV in the second bedroom was a huge hit with the kids! We will definitely keep you in mind the next time we plan a trip to Orlando.

We had the occasion to stay at the Lake Buena Vista Resort while on vacation in Orlando. We were very happy with the resort, its location and above all the condo itself. Our unit was very well appointed, had special touches from the owner and made us feel right at home. We would certainly recommend this property...Dan & Beth.
