Each room in the house has been newly decorated in "tropical" style. The master bedroom has a luxurious king-size bed and newly remodeled bathroom with large walk-in closets. The second bedroom has a new queen-size bed and the third bedroom has twin beds. The second bath is quite large and easy to share. The house also has a den/family room with plenty of space for kids to sleep in sleeping bags or twin roll-away bed.
Comfortable family room with 42 inch Plasma TV and sunroom/living room great for reading and relaxing with mountain and pool views.
Both the courtyard and backyard are very spacious and private... just perfect for entertaining and relaxing. The pool is quite large and perfect for doing laps or just floating around! Large grassy side yard offers lots of space for kids to run around and play. Pool area is fenced for pool safety.
