The second bedroom has a new queen-size bed and the third bedroom has twin beds. The second bath is quite large and easy to share. The house also has a den/family room with plenty of space for kids to sleep in sleeping bags or twin roll-away bed.

Both the courtyard and backyard are very spacious and private... just perfect for entertaining and relaxing. The pool is quite large and perfect for doing laps or just floating around! Large grassy side yard offers lots of space for kids to run around and play. Pool area is fenced for pool safety.
