Thank you for checking out our property! This is our personal vacation property during the off season, so we have decorated it very nicely to call it our "home away from home." The furnishings are all new and the kitchen is completely updated with granite countertops, GE Profile appliances, and a wet bar.
The two main aspects of the home that we love are the location to the beach and the size of the backyard. Vanderbilt Beach (which is the beach by the Ritz Carlton) is only a 15-minute walk, and the backyard is large and private. We also really enjoy the size of the lanai. The lanai spans the entire back of the villa and is great for eating, relaxing and entertaining.
Beachwalk has two community pools and tennis courts. There is a private gated entrance and on-site staff to help if you have questions. Please take a moment to look at our pictures. We can email you some additional pictures.

We have rented this villa for the past three years for Jan-March and had a wonderful stay. The villa is bright and cheerful, well-kept, fully stocked, and very clean. The owners are a pleasure to deal with and very responsive. If the market hadn't gone our way and we hadn't just purchased a home of our own we will still be renting this Beacwalk villa. Highly recommend and happy to talk to potential renters.

We loved our stay at your lovely home in Beachwalk in April of this year and April of last year as well. Hope to come back again next year. What a wonderful accomodation ,.very comfortable, and, elegant as well. We spend a lot of time on the extensive lanai with it's lovely setting,and total privacy. The location is great. We like being able to walk to so many things, including the library,market,the beach.and even to Wiggins State Park. The park is a bit of a jaunt, but worth it. Sunsets at the beach are awesome.

My husband and I rented this home for 3 months this past winter(2007). Beachwalk is a wonderful, safe, gated community within easy walking distance to the beach, the movies, grocery store etc. The house is beautiful and has everything you might need for an extended vacation. We had family and friends visit. The backyard is great for children, and there is ample room for entertaining inside and outside with a massive lanai, gas grill and furniture. If you are looking for an upscale but comfortable vacation home, this is it! We loved it.
