Located a short walk from the best shopping, dining and site-seeing in Annapolis yet on the quiet side of town, this spot is the perfect home base for an East Coast vacation, corporate rental, USNA events, football season and the holidays, or as a refuge during home renovations or new construction! Open living room, with a full size sleeper sofa, and dining room area has high ceilings and is filled with light. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, walk in closet, ample storage and laundry. The bath is beautifully designed with a tile and glass shower enclosure. Hand-painted floors and backsplash designed by a local artist, and granite counters in the kitchen. Antiques and original art, books, CDs, and more. Sitting on the front porch is perfect for watching the world go by after a full day of events. One month minimum stay.
