  High-quality house, everything was fine. Nothing to complain about, we're very satisfied! I highly recommend this property for a friend or relative. One wish though, the pool table would fit nicely to the room in mid-floor... :)

  My friends and I were more than satisfied by the villa and the way it was prepared and organised. Everything is thought in details. Of course we couldn't forget the kindness am attention of Enikö, a fantastic host who took care of everything. I can only recommend the place and Enikö's contact.

  When we arrived the owners were waiting for us in the door. It was really good, a plenty room, huge garden, wonderful wellness. We were 14 people and we came here to steg party. We booked a limusine and went to a big club in the centre. It was perfect night with the guys. I recommed the villa for everybody who wants to have a nice stay in a luxury Villa for a the best price in Budapest. Thanks a lot to Eniko,who helped for us in everything!

  I was with my former classmates in the Villa, and we had a very good days :). There was a big garden, where we could play table-tennis, and a big fanatastic swimmingpool with jacuzzi and sauna, we spent a lot of time in the wellness. We asked a dinner for one night, and I think that was the best, what I ate in Budapest. The chef was very kind, he cooked us traditional Hungarian dishes, and he told us everything about that. The owner, Eniko is a very kind lady,she helped us everything, we could see Budapest with minibus, we found a lot of clubs in the city center...etc. If we go back to Budapest any time, we will choose this beautiful amazing place. Thank you again!

  Excellent villa, we stayed there a weekend and fully enjoyed the place. The people hosting the property were extremely friendly and also excellent cooks - we had asked for a three course dinner on the night of our arrival to taste local Hungarian food and it was the best meal we ate during the entire weekend besting all the restaurants we went to. The pool and the jacuzzi also surpassed our expectations, even more impressive than the pics show. If we are again in budapest we will definitely stay there next time as well.

  Oh my goodness! Truly a perfect setting~ The villa is located in a suburban area, quiet and lovely overlooking Budapest. Yet only a few minutes taxi ride away from city center. It is well equipped with many items to please your entire party (ping pong, foosball, swingset, lounge chairs, pool, Jacuzzi, Steam/sauna, on-demand espresso machine etc. etc. etc.) 3 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. I would not hesitate to stay here again. We also arranged for the private chef to prepare our party dinner on the last night - it was one of the best highlights of our trip!

  We had a fantastic family event in the Villa. All our guests were absolutely amazed with both the location and the facilities, it has just such an impressive atmosphere. We ordered food and drink and we got the most excellent service, very yummy dishes and superb waiters which were always ready to help. I can only recommend the Villa to everyone, truly it was an amazing experience and I wish I could return..

  I rented rented Eniko's villa two weekends in a row at the end of May 2012 and we all had an absolutely fantastic time!! There were ten guests both times and every single person loved the accommodation and everything Eniko and her family offer as well! Her husband is a fantastic chef and as well as coming in and cooking an amazing hot breakfast for us on three occasions, he also put on a wonderful 30th birthday dinner for us, which I would highly recommend! The views from the bedroom and terrace balcony over the whole of Budapest are one of the things about the villa. Eniko and her family could not be better hosts, helping with everything from a run to the shops to airport transfers and taxi's and even making sure there were cold beer sin the fridge on arrival!! I can't think of a more perfect place for a family holiday or a group get away and have already been telling all my family friends! Book a stay a Eniko's villa and I promise you will not regret it!   Ever wanted to flavour the life of a celebrity? I have, and when 10 of us descended upon this villa, we were well and truly submerged in celebrity like accommodation. The villa simply, has everything. Whether you want to relax on a sun-soaked terrace overlooking an amazing vista, cook a BBQ in your private courtyard or float around in the pool – you’ve got all at your disposal. We were overwhelmed. I had studied the photos on the website for some time (it was a stag do and we were trying to decide whether the stag gets the toy or bear room..), and whilst the photos look great, I had some hesitation as to when they were taken; they could have been very old! They’re not. The property has been maintained t o the highest quality by Eniko and her Husband (who cooks an amazing breakfast for 5 euro per person) and it was truly a delight to be there. The Villa is about a 15 min taxi ride from the main bar/club area however this only costs 3,000HUF, which is about £8/9. We did find that our taxi drivers didn’t know where we were stay, however we pre-empted this and printed credit card sized addresses to give them! Overall we were all totally in awe of this place and would have no hesitation in going back or recommending it to anyone. Budapest as a whole is amazing.
