Have a great day skiing and the relax in the private hot tub overlooking the majestic mountains. Antlers at Lakota is a relaxed yet exclusive community directly across from the Winter Park and Mary Jane Resorts. The views are spectacular and are amongst the best in Winter Park. This three-bedroom townhouse offers everything you need for a comfortable and memorable mountain vacation. Check out the video added this summer. Winter Park has become a great destination offering great skiing, hiking, bike riding, snowmobiling, and a host of other winter and summer activities.
The townhouse is 1800 square feet with three bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths, and sleeps nine people comfortably. There is a large, private, hot tub situated in a private location on the lower rear deck that overlooks the Winter Park Ski area and views of the Continental Divide. The views from the main living area are breathtaking. Relax after skiing in a privately located hot tub. There are radiant heated floors which warm your feet on cold mornings and a cozy gas fireplace. There is a convenient free Lakota shuttle that will take you to the base on weekends. The townhome is also two-tenths of a mile from the Winter Park ski area "Park and Ride" where a shuttle will take you to the base. The townhome is on a cul-de-sac so there will be minimal traffic and there is a longer driveway for extra guest parking.
The townhome has three levels. The main entry level has the open living area with vaulted beamed ceilings, a gas log fireplace, and large picture windows with incredible views of the ski area. The fully-equipped kitchen and dining area are also on the main level. The living area has satellite TV and an I-POD docking station. Large pine beam accents are found throughout the interior of the home. The large deck off the living area has breathtaking views of the Mary Jane and Winter Park ski slopes. High speed wireless internet is also available through Slopeside internet services.
The upper level has a spacious master suite with a king-size bed, flat panel satellite TV with built in DVD player. There is a walk-in closet and a private bathroom with tumbled marble countertops, a separate oversized shower, and a jetted bath tub.
The lower level has two bedrooms. The guest bedroom offers a luxury queen-size bed, TV w/ DVD, and a private deck. The smaller room offers bunk beds over full size bed and a trundle bed, allowing for 4 children in separate beds or two adults in the larger full-size lower bed. This room has a TV/DVD player as well. The lower level also has a full-size washer and dryer and a full bathroom with tub and shower. Additional sleeping arrangements for two are found in a high quality, pillow-top, queen-size, air mattress.

The Unique Benefits of this Townhome
Antlers has a number of town houses and they are on the right side (uphill units) and left side (downhill units). We selected the downhill side since it offered unobstructed view and more privacy than the uphill side. The hot tubs on the downhill side are not on the deck overlooking the street offering a more private relaxful "apres" sking experience. The views are amazing and you can actually see the trails you plan on skiing or actually skied that day.

Stayed here for a few days in January of 2012 and we enjoyed the spectacular views, cozy living room and convenient location. Enjoyed downhill skiing, cross country skiing and just hanging out reading a book. It had something for everyone. We enjoyed the Devil's Thumb ranch spa and restaurants in the evening. Highly recommended!

We celebrated New Years here and had a wonderful time. We plan on returning to the same unit, Carrie was very easy to work with. The home is amazing and so close to Winter Park, we loved it

Stayed here in March of 2010 and the best part was all the comforts this place offered. Private hot tub, heated floors, gas fireplace, grill and fully stocked kitchen. We had 7 of us and everyone was very comfortable. It was so cool in the morning to have breakfast and watch the ski slope come to life from our living room. I hope to return and stay in this place again.

I stayed here in the summer of 2009 and we did a lot of hiking and enjoying the Winter PArk area. The owner provided a great list of places to eat and suggested hiking trails. We walked the Devil's Thumb trail and the hot tub was a great way to relax sore muscles. We really enjoyed the privacy and great views. It had everything we needed from gas grill to an I-Pod docking station and access to WiFi. I returned in March of 2010 and the snow boarding and skiing was great and the location was convenient to the slopes. We used a service called Blue Bird ski and board rentals and they cam right to the unit and outfitted us all. The info for this service was in the unit on a magnet on the refrigerator. It was easy to rent and the unit is on a lock box so no keys were mailed around. The owner provided very clear directions for the using place and info about the area. We'll be back for sure.

What a great location. Best memory is watching the sunset in the hot tub. Owner was very helpful with dining recommendations and clear instructions on everything from directions to activities while in Winter Park. You have to try snow tubing as a nice break from skiiing or boarding.

Perfect location! Private and convenient to walking trails. Owner provided good list of restaurants and ideas on tings to do. Played golf at Pole Creek and despite a hail storm, we really enjoy the course.
