The founder of Hall Quarry built this house in the mid-1800?s and he didn?t spare the gorgeous views. Set on the shore of Somes Sound, this home has a large wrap deck for watching the sailing activity and a pier with a float on the property for direct access to the Sound.
The traditional style cottage has a dining room for six off of the kitchen and a living room with views of the water. There is a laundry and half bath on this level. The second level has a porch and a master King bedroom with more views of Somes Sound and its own full bathroom. There is a second bedroom with a King bed, and a shared full bath and a a third bedroom with twin beds.
