This 17 room, 110 year old cottage is a classic Northeast Harbor cottage. Nicely restored with beautiful wood floors, charming dining room with bay window, and lovely sitting area with wood-burning fireplace. The kitchen has glass front cabinets and a pantry area, and there is a small modern den off of the kitchen complete with TV, computer desk, and a half bath.
A wonderful staircase leads to the second floor where family photos will take you back through the rich history of this home. There is a bright and airy master bedroom with fireplace, a twin bedroom, bath with clawfoot tub, and an entrance to the old servants quarters off of the landing.
The large wrap porch offers both covered and uncovered seating for contented afternoons in this wonderful in-town location just minutes from the restaurants and shops on Main Street.
The Healing Porch (formerly known as Bragdon Cottage) has a two week minimum stay.
