You'll have Northeast Harbor right at your fingertips from this comfortable four bedroom cottage situated on a side street near the golf club, library, and the village center. Kids will enjoy the large, private back yard with sunny deck, and parents the private master bedroom and bath with oversized tub, accessed by its own stairway.
The Stanley Road entryway leads into a spacious living room with gas fireplace and then into a cozy family room. Beyond that is Threave's dining room with a table that seats eight. A rear mud room lies off of the kitchen and heads out the back door to the deck and yard beyond. On the first floor is a bedroom with a queen bed and a private full bath.
The second floor is accessed by a staircase near the kitchen. Up on this floor is a bedroom with twins; a full bathroom with shower stall and double sinks; a bedroom with a double bed. Accessed through the living room by a separate staircase is the master bedroom suite with a king tempurpedic bed and a private full bath with oversized tub and separate, oversized shower. There is a private large deck off of the master bedroom.
Threave's kitchen is lovely with tiled granite countertops and playful windows.
$150 fee per pet per week.
