Our "Keystone Escape" is conveniently located in the center of all Keystone activities. The Mountain House Base lifts (Argentine and Peru) are a short walk from our condo (approx. 250 yds). River Run is only a 15-20 minute walk and features boutique shops and many dining options. Lake Keystone is just a 20 minute walk and is a great place for the family to enjoy ice skating in the winter and feeding the ducks/geese, riding the paddle boats/kayaks/canoes in the summer.
Breckenridge, Dillon, Silverthorne and Frisco are 15-20 minutes by car and Vail is approximately 45 minutes. The Summit County walking/bike path system starts below the back deck of our condo and goes to Breckenridge, Dillon, Silverthorne, Frisco, Copper Mountain and Vail.
No 70's show here... Our condo is expertly designed with updated furnishings and decor throughout. There is plenty of room for the whole family with two bedrooms and two full baths. We stayed here early summer and had a FABULOUS time. Saw a beaver swimming in the wetlands less than 50 yard from our condo; fish jumping for flies in the evening. We hiked, rode bikes, paddled boats on the close 5 acre lake, had gourmet breakfasts, went to a concert, and loved the HOT tub. The view from the balcony is FANTASTIC (wetlands, ski mountains, and the wonderful sounding so close Snake river). The condo had everything that we need & we will be back again- Summer and Winter. A great condo close enough to Mountain House (Peru and Argentine lifts) where my 8 year old had no problem walking to and from with his equipment. Close to River Run dining and Gondola (10 minute walk), but far enough away to avoid the River Run congestion and noise. A short shuttle (stop immediately behind unit) or car ride to the Lake/Ice Rink at Keystone Villiage. Condo is well equipped and comfortable. As the owner mentioned, not a 70's throw back. Nice furnishings and easy access on second floor. Great view of the mountain/slopes, Snake River. Jacuzzi's were close and really nice. Very respectful and fair owner. Would recommend to my family and friends.

We had a wonderful two months in this wonderful condo. The summer up here is ideal--weather, wild flowers, hummingbirds and plenty of outdoor activities. It was truly a "home away from home" and close proximity to family members made it ideal. Summer in the mountains is "special". Hope to return again.
