Captain's Quarters is a cozy house with beautiful views of Somes Sound and all the extras you need to make the most of your vacation. The large deck has views of the sound and outdoor seating, plus stairs leading to a second level finished bedroom above the garage available to rent for overflow guests. A dock and mooring are available with this property, accessed down the lane on the shore of the sound. The cottage has a warm kitchen with eat in dining for 6-8, and is open to the living room with fireplace and glass sliding doors leading to the deck. There is a large bedroom with a king bed, room with twin beds, and a shared full bath with shower/tub in the hall. On the other side of the home the entryway leads to a private master suite with King bed, full bath, and sliding doors to the deck. There is an additional half bath in the entryway. The additional bedroom above the garage has 3 twin beds. Please inquire for use of this room. This cottage also has a finished basement/recreation area. Sunday to Sunday rental.
