Follow the Burro Trail to the bottom of Peak 9. At the day’s end better skiers can return from Peak 10 and the burros trail. Beginners have a very short drive to the ice rink parking at the bottom of the neighborhood where the city shuttle will take you to the slope, shopping or dining. In the summer the Burro Trail makes for a nice relaxing walk to town.
Located in a prime location in a residential area and nestled amongst Pine and Aspen trees, the neighborhood is quiet but within easy reach of downtown and all the wonderful amenities that Breckenridge has to offer.

Amazing Townhome, the pictures don't do it justice!

My group and I were very impressed with this townhome. The 10 of us looked around on the VRBO site for a couple days and decided to go with this place because it fit our needs and budget the best. When we first showed up, we were shocked on how nice the place was. It looked great from the pictures, but they dont do it justice. Very clean upon arrival; plenty of dishes/towels. We had lots of extra space; could have fit another 5 people easily. The ski out was right down the street and everyone in our group (all different skill levels) could use it. The ski in was unavaliable because it was very early in the season and Peak 10 wasn't open. The Hot Tub provided much needed relaxation after a day on the slopes. Shuttle service that is partnered with the house took us all around town, tips only. Overall, 5 stars!! I typicaly do not write reviews but I was so impressed that I had to in this case. I would definitly recomend this place to anyone!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children.

Our stay in your home earlier this month was our third annual family ski trip and was the best ever. All of our children asked to come back to Breckenridge for our 2009 trip. We loved your home, the town, and skiing was better than any I have ever enjoyed. As great as all of that was: it was you, our host that truly made us feel welcome and at home. Looking forward to next year at 57 Gold King.

Everything was great. The home is beautiful and the skiing was wonderful. Johan was very organized and had everything ready for us when we arrived. Thanks for a great Christmas vacation.

We had a PERFECT week at this house. The owner was extremely helpful, responsive, informative and easy to deal with. Nearby dirt roads are great for runners. The house has everything you need to feel right at home.
