Second guest bedroom has one queen bed with a large closet. Third guest bedroom has two full beds with a large closet. Newly renovated main bathroom has a large walk-in shower. Generous living room area with floor to ceiling windows and balcony door looking out to the beach, New 42'' led Flat screen TV. Fully equipped kitchen which also has a breakfast bar with two stools. Separate laundry room with washer and dryer and plenty of storage space.
Their is an additional storage room which has all you need for the beach, umbrella's, towels and beach chairs. Newly installed air-conditioning unit.There is a heated pool, hot tub, pool clubhouse, tennis court and a five second walk across a private walkway is a beautiful and very quiet beach. The condo is facing west, if you are an early riser you will see 'amazing sunrise's'.

I cannot say enough about this condo. The building is full of very friendly people. There is a men's golf group that plays local courses on Mondays and welcomes all newcomers. The unit is spotless. The walk-in showers are large and wonderful and have been upgraded to luxury standards along with the kitchen. If you like the beach, this is one of the best. You can walk for miles and miles or you can just sit and enjoy the view. If swimming in a pool is your thing, there is a heated pool and a jacuzzi tub. Groceries are available nearby and the kitchen contains everything you need. The unit overlooks the ocean and the sunrises are spectacular There are a number of local restaurants that serve fresh seafood, but if you want to cook your own, I would recommend the Pelican Seafood Company in Fort Pierce on Highway 1. They have a great selection and the staff is very helpful. Vero Beach is a short ride up beautiful Highway A1A and has all the shopping and restaurants you could want. Fort Pierce has a Saturday morning farmer's market where we bought the best fresh banana bread we have ever had. I would have no reservations in recommending this rental to family and friends.Recommended for: Families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.

Our stay at this beautiful condo was perfect. Our vacation experience was truly amazing. We loved the views of the beach and all of the amenities were at our fingertips. The pool area was relaxing and serene. Loved the way we could have breakfast out on the balcony and watch the sun rise from the sea. Everybody was very friendly, and the whole place was spotless. We will definitely be staying there again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.

Spent a long weekend at this property and it didn't disappoint. Went with another couple and had ample room and privacy. The condo is bright, spacious, and immaculate -- and it has a wonderful view of the water. The location could not have been better, as I love going from room to beach and back again. While we went to some local restaurants, we also brought in food and used the kitchen, which is fully set up for guests. Loved too that the beach in this area wasn't very crowded. Some days we really had the area to ourselves. Have to say, the owner does an amazing job with this rental. We'll definitely return!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.
