Miramar Beach Villas consists of 20 townhomes nestled in a small town center atmosphere on a gated cul-de-sac street. A few steps from our home you can relax at the pool surrounded by beautiful landscaping. Take a few more steps and you'll be at the private beach access.

We're close to many restaurants along the beach and largest outlet in the world is just a mile away. Plenty of children's activities in nearby Destin. Many golf courses just minutes away.
Our luxurious townhome is very private. It is three stories with a living room, kitchen, bedroom, bath on the first floor, two bedrooms, two baths, laundry room and a bunk area on the second floor (the bunks even have a reading light in each one and cable connection) and a media room/additional family room on the third floor. It's a perfect plan for adults and children to have their own space. TVs and DVDs in every room. There are a total of five balconies and a gas grill on one for cooking out. Spend your vacation at our home. You won't regret it.

Although the townhouse may be hard to find on your first visit, once located it is a treat for those on vacation. It is near almost anything you need, and the pool is large enough for several families. The walk to the beach is short...100 yds. The townhouse has two large bedrooms, one smaller with twin beds and two trundle beds in the hallway between the 2nd floor bedrooms. Well decorated and the kitchen was fully equipped. This was our 2nd time to stay in these villas and we definitely will return next year.

My family and I stayed here from Aug 8-14 and I would highly recommend the property. The townhouse is well maintained and accurately described. The kitchen was very well stocked and there were even beach toys/floats/chairs available. The property is across the street from the beach but is still very very close and the street you cross is a two lane with light traffic that offers safe passage as most drivers are accustomed to stopping for beach-goers. My kids (three girls ages 8, 4, and 3) loved the bunk beds, of course, and there was plenty of space for everyone to stretch out. We noticed a couple minor issues but they were easily correctable. There is also a list of recommended restaurants and attractions - very very helpful! The location couldn't be beat either. We were close to shopping, a waterpark (which I don't recommend for small children but it's great for ages 8+), the harbor (where we rented a pontoon boat for a day to explore "Crab Island" and took a dolphin cruise) and loads of wonderful beach front restaurants (Captain Dave's and The Crab Trap were our favorites). All in all, the property is very family friendly and we all had a wonderful vacation. We would definately stay here again in the future. :)

Your place was a great experience for my entire family. The boys loved the bunkbeds and felt like they had their own private space even in the hall. Kitchen was well furnished and everything I needed except a can opener. Beach was close and easy to get access. The water in the pool needs to be colder considering the hot Florida weather. Our only concerns were the floors were dirty and no posting about the possible fine for towels on the rails. Perhaps you may want to put that in the info you send future occupants. Had a problem with the shower but Claire and Mims were quick to respond and got it fixed right away. Over all it was really a great place to stay. Would love to stay here again.

I've vacationed at this property twice, once in 2010 and once in 2011. The Beach is beautiful, quiet and a short walk from the townhouse. The property itself is spacious, tastefully decorated and well-maintained. It's located near shopping, golf, restaurants, groceries, etc. but is ever so slightly secluded. The property manager is super easy to work with. I highly recommend this property to families/friends looking for a low key getaway.

My husband and I brought our 3 year old and 16 year old sons along with my parents to Destin for a week and just LOVED this Villa Townhouse. We had the best time, it was neat and clean and very roomy for all of us. We will definatly stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
