Watch beautiful sunsets from our lanai which overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. This seventh-floor unit has beautiful views of the Gulf from the Living Room and Master Bedroom. The tower is located on the north side of West Beach Blvd and is connected by an air conditioned walkway over the road to a private beach club located on 100 feet of the Gulf of Mexico. The beach club pool is the largest around and has a lazy river, deck jets and a whirlpool. The first floor of the tower has an heated indoor pool as well as an outdoor pool. A fully equipped exercise room and a game room are also located on the first floor, overlooking the pool. The unit is nicely furnished in West Indies decor, fully equipped, has ample parking, and three elevators. Everything you need is here, just bring your swimsuit, beach towels, and a big smile!
