Amberlea House is a 5 bedroom English Tudor style home located in the heart of Niagara-on-the-Lake. The house sits on a beautifully landscaped lot nestled among Pines, Olive trees and ivy.
The Amberlea House has been completely renovated and features a newly built, heated in-ground kidney shaped pool. It is surrounded by Silver Birch and big Oak trees, a large interlocking brick patio with a dining table, lounging area, and a Gas barbeque grill that is connected to the house. There is a wooden deck directly off the kitchen that has a fabulous view of the backyard/pool. The Amberlea House offers 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a jacuzzi tub, 2 fireplaces, laundry, dishwasher and central Air Conditioning.
The spacious Living Room has built in bookcases, vaulted ceilings with wood beams, fireplace, 60 inch Sony LCD HDTV with BluRay player, a Stereo with a 5 CD changer and plenty of comfortable seating including a huge sectional sofa that can seat many people.
It overlooks the Dining Room, which features a large Oak table with leather chairs and a picture window that looks out over the treed backyard, patio and pool.
It is located in old town Niagara-on-the-Lake, very close to the shops and fine restaurants.
Amberlea house has 3 full bathrooms and 5 large bedrooms comprising of 1 King room, 3 Queen rooms and 1 twin room with two beds.
The Master Bedroom features a King Size Brass Bed, LCD TV/DVD a bricked-in gas fireplace, and a large ensuite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub.
Bedroom#2 is a Queen bedroom with ensuite or it can be shared with the other Queen bedroom on this floor. It has a heavy cannonball bed and romantic bed linens. It's double windows overlook the pool and garden.
Bedroom#3 is a Queen bedroom with a Shaker style 4 poster bed. The feeling is simple country with the floral duvet and pine furniture.
Bedroom#4 is a Queen with a brass and yellow floral bed linens.
Bedroom#5 is a twin room with 2 twin beds. It is a very pretty room with yellow and green country quilts and large windows.
The third full bathroom is in between the third Queen room and the Twin room. All bathrooms have been renovated.
The newly renovated, country kitchen features a Jenn-Air slide in stove and a dishwasher. It has a breakfast nook with table and chairs and sliding glass doors that lead to the deck, which overlooks the huge treed lot, 70 X 220 feet, and the pool. The kitchen is equipped with everything from a microwave to a blender. The view from the kitchen sink is gorgeous, looking out to the back garden.

Amberlea is the place for memorable days. The house is made beatifully to accommodate honeymooners, couples of all ages, and all those who look for a quiet shelter close to nature and an attractive classy town, in winter or summer. We will definitely go back!

Three generations stayed at Amberlea House last week (June 2011)and we had a wonderful time. The house exceeded our expectations in every way. The pool is beautiful sitting in a huge treed and private back yard. The house is very pretty with very large rooms where we could all be together. Every bedroom is unique and the mattresses are very comfortable. The sofa fits 10 people on it! At the end of the street there is a great bakery called Willows as well as one of the best restaurants in the town called The Stone Road Grill. We never used our car except to go to the wineries and Queen St was less than a 10 minute walk through the town. Angelo, the owner was great to deal with and always available if we had any questions. We highly recommend Amberlea House for a high standard vacation with all details looked after. We will be back next summer! We love Niagara-on-the-Lake!

Amberlea was a delight. The house was beautifully decorated, welcoming, and extremely clean. Everything you could want was supplied - from hair dryers, towels, linens and paper products to every kind of soap. The fireplace in the master bedroom was beautiful and appreciated on the cooler evenings. The heated pool was enjoyed by all. Plenty of room inside and a nice play area beyond the pool. The location was perfectly between the quaint town of Niagara on the Lake and the hustle and bustle of the Niagara Falls Midway and Falls. I would highly recommend this lovely home away from home.

The house was great! Everything was clean, well taken care of and very spacious. If you were to stay in the niagara area i would definitely recommend staying there. My friends and I are thinking about renting the house again in the summer so we can take advantage of the backyard and pool!
