The home is only 150 metres from the regular ski shuttle and close to the slopes of Peak 9. This is the perfect choice for those looking to make the most of the great skiing, nightlife and shops on offer in Breckenridge.

This charming Victorian style weatherboard home has been built in the architectural style synonymous with Breckenridge. All rooms are en suite and one room has the added bonus of a Jacuzzi bath. In keeping with the local character, each bedroom is decorated with a unique mountain theme.

The comfortable open-plan living/dining room features a gas stove, TV, DVD, VCR and stereo. In addition, the home has the all-important outdoor hot tub, ideal for easing sore limbs whilst marvelling at the magnificent views of the Ten Mile range.
