This was the second time we had stayed at this villa.From booking the villa all the way through we had great experience.The villa is just what we needed and was even better than descibed! It was very peaceful with a beautiful view from the back. Everything was so well thought out and every possible thing supplied! It was very clean, very comfortable and really I cannot speak highly enough of it.We will most certainly be booking it again! RThankyou for letting us share your lovely Florida home!

We recently stayed at this villa and having been renting villas in the Kissimmee area for almost 20 years, this one stands out from all the others. The property itself was immaculate and finished to a very high standard with a perfect setting right on the Lake. Lake Berkley itself is ideally located for the Theme Parks and other attractions located in the Kissimmee area. Mick and Geraldine were very helpful and accomodating when it came to helping us with check out times due to the time of our flights when departing and the Management Company were extremely helpful and efficient when addressing a "technical issue". We have found that there are cheaper rentals in the area but when you are laying out several thousand pounds on that special holiday, is it worth taking a risk? This house is simply stunning and I can honestly say that I cannot make any negative comments. Even with 2 days of torrential rain, the games room and pool kept the kids occupied. All in all, we would have no hesitation in returning to Winter Haven and will be recommending this to friends who are intending to go to Orlando in 2012.

What a wonderful stay we had at Winter Haven, everything we could have wanted was catered for, our two teenage sons spent a lot of time in the games room playing pool and watching DVD's after a busy day at the parks which were only a short drive away. Swimming pool was great to cool off in after a hot day out. The owners have an information file with loads of recommendations for restaurants which we tried and enjoyed. The villa was so clean, tidy,spacious and comfortable, we didn't want to leave, its by far the best holiday home we have ever stayed in and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to friends and family.

Wow! Our first time renting a home and did we ever get a winner! Immaculate home, exactly as depicted but better! Just had to walk in and unpack, eveything else was ready for us. Great location to the theme parks, shopping and restaurants. Owners and management firm so easy to work with and a great information package was provided which we appreciated as it was our first experience and we didn't know what to expect. Any question/concerns we raised prior to arrival were answered immediately and the owners even located brochures with savings coupons for us to use in response to one of our inquiries. We attended a mideaval feast which was very entertaining and is in walking distance if you choose. Also numerous "mini-golf" facilities close by which we all enjoyed. A great home to vacation in, thank you for sharing it with us!

Very much enjoyed our 15 days in the villa. We found working with the owners and management company very helpful and easy. The villa was well equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay, including the needs of our 2 year old. The location was very close and easy to the Disney parks, no tolls other then to Animal Kingdom. Thanks for a great trip!

This villa is beautiful and more than meets the description. The quality of the facilities and equipment provided are better than some 5* hotels. The pool area is a wonderful sun trap with a view to die for! We particularly liked the coloured pool lights at night. It is very obvious that the owners are regular visitors and that they, and their management company pride themselves on cleanliness because this home was immaculate. The property manager called in to introduce herself - something we've never had happen before. The booking process was very professional and the info pack sent before our trip was the most comprehensive we have ever received. The theme parks, malls and restaurants are all within a short drive. We loved being able to walk to a WalMart. We are a family of animal lovers and the variety of wild life literally on our doorstep was amazing. The Island is home to Bald Eagles, pink Spoonbills and many other species and their 'chatter' on an evening is very amusing. A huge turtle sat sunning itself most days, just outside the pool cage, and a family of Otters were often seen in the lake. Fantastic. We have no hesitation in recommending this home and Lake Berkley to others. We have booked for 2011 already and next year we plan to spend less time at the parks and more time enjoying this beautiful home. Highly Recommended.

'The Waltons' second visit to this beautiful villa and once again it proved to be the perfect setting for our holiday. The sunrise over the island is a spectacular sight whilst eating breakfast outside under the lanai. Appreciated the spa after a day at the parks, and the inhabitants of the island never ceased to entertain. Thank you again for the use of your beautiful home. We'll be back next year! K & K
