Our home 'Winter Haven' is just a short distance away from the famous Orlando attractions of Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and Seaworld. It is located within the prestigious Lake Berkley Resort, a private gated community of luxury executive homes surrounded by three lakes and conservation areas.
Our fully air conditioned home sits on a premium lot with an enviable open aspect across the natural 14 acre Lake Berkley. The fully screened pool area is surrounded by tropical planting to ensure total privacy without impeding that wonderful view. A covered Lanai with overhead fan and coloured pool lighting add to the enjoyment of the patio area.
Tinted windows and ceiling fans ensure your maximum comfort within our home. The large family room has soft leather couches, a 42 inch HDTV, digital cable channels and a DVD home theatre system. A wireless broadband internet connection is provided for guests wishing to bring their laptop or notebook computers.
The doors out onto the deck area are fitted with alarms and security bars.
The master suite is opulently decorated and has a queen bed, a leather love seat and TV with DVD/VCR player. The en-suite bathroom has a corner bath, twin basins, separate shower cubicle and toilet.
Also on the ground floor is Bedroom 5. Equipped with a day bed, this room offers versatility by providing either a queen or twin beds depending on the needs of your party. A shower room with vanity basin and toilet is adjacent to this room.
The second master is situated on the first floor. The en-suite shower room with oversized shower cubicle,vanity basin and toilet has been cleverly designed to be either, exclusive to the master room, or, by simply locking one door and unlocking another, it becomes accessible to the rest of the house.This room has a queen bed.
Bedroom 3 is a Safari themed room with a full (UK double) bed and a twin.
Bedroom 4 is a Disney themed children's room with twin beds.
A house shower room with vanity basin and toilet completes the upstairs accommodation.
The garage has been professionally converted into an independently air conditioned games room with a full size pool table, TV and Play Station 2. Sofas provide seating for spectators!

Tremendous! We have stayed on Lake Berkley many times and this is the best house yet - and I don't think it can be bettered. Every detail has been taken care of and there is nothing that could be added. We will be back!

We had a wonderful visit to Winter Haven villa and Disney. The villa is wonderful. My 3 year old daughter loved the Mickey room. My parents and aunt and uncle loved the lake & fishing! We plan on returning.
