Paradise becomes reality! If you haven't been to Panama City in a while you won't recognize it. This is the new Destin. No more teenagers gone wild. This is the place to be. Relax and enjoy the crystal clear water and the beautiful pristine beaches. This unit is as comfortable as it is beautiful. We have recently contracted with the beach service and are providing two lounge chairs on the beach to our guests, free or charge! Two chairs w\umbrella the entire time you stay at our condo.
It is professionally decorated, and boasts all of the top quality amenities that set the Platinum Properties apart from some of the other properties. This unit sleeps six comfortably. There is a king-size bed in the master bedroom, two bunk beds, and a queen-size sleeper sofa.
The grounds are lovely, and Seychelles is next door to a fantastic Panama City Beach landmark called "Schooner's." You can walk over for lunch or dinner, or to get a nice frozen cocktail while you are on the beach, or by the pool.

The condo was beautiful, clean, and well equipped - even better than the pictures. We made last minute reservations and the owner was very helpful. The view from the balcony was awesome and the new outdoor furniture was perfect. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our second stay at this WONDERFUL condo over Labor Day weekend. Steve & Tanya have a beautiful condo and are very accommadating. This condo has all the amenites of home and is beautifully decorated. We can't wait to plan our next beach trip!!! Also the beach service is a SUPER NICE add in...no lugging chairs and umbrellas down to the beach every morning. Thanks again guys for allowing us to enjoy your condo!!!!!

Very nice condo! The Keylors Are very easy to deal with, Steve put alot of effort into making our stay very comfortable. The beach chairs were a very good addition. The condo is very well decorated and a beautiful view.We would deffinately stay here again!

This is the best unit we have stayed in at Seychelles! It was super clean and tastefully decorated. The owner (Steve) was very prompt and courteous. He even called us as we were on the way down to PCB to let us know that the condo was ready and allowed us to check-in early. The condo was super clean and tastefully decorated. The free beach service and outdoor grill were huge bonuses. The condo had absolutely everything we needed and then some. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone. Thank you so much Steve and Tanya and we look forward to renting from you in the future!

This was an excellent location and a comfortable condo. Tanya and Steve were great to deal with and bent over backwards to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable. We even saw dolphins from the balcony. The walls are very well insulated. We never heard the neighbors or people above us. We would strongly recommend this condo.

Top notch accomodations. The condo is very clean & comfortable. The view from the balcony is beautiful. Location is excellent. We were away from all of the traffic and congestion. Beach chairs & umbrella were a great addition!! Schooners Beach Bar is right next door. We highly recommend the onion rings.

Thank you, Mr. Keylor, for an excellent two months at your condo in Panama City Beach. Words cannot express how we felt about your co-operation and help to make our stay so enjoyable. The staff well excellent as well and we would emphasize, whole heartedly, that it would be hard to find better accomodations and concern for the Tenants than what you showed. We especially enjoyed Wayne and Joey's entertainment at Gulf World, #1 by a long shot, along with Schooners and Scampys. The list goes on and we would highly recommend your condo to anyone.
