We traveled to PCB with 3 other families and we all stayed at Seychelles resort. Our condo was voted the best! This condo is very beautiful! Owner's are fantastic. We would definitely rent their condo again. You can't go wrong with this choice. The view was great. We were very sad to leave. Owner checked on us throughout the week to make sure all was going ok. He truly cares for his clients. We were very happy!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

This condo is beautiful. Steve is a pleasure to work with. Everything you need for a perfect beach vacation has been thought of. The listing is accurate and the photos as well. The beach chair service is a true bonus. We would love to stay here again. Schooners is too convenient to miss. We enjoyed the sunset dolphin Sea Screamer cruise as well.Recommended for: Girls getaway, romantic getaway.

Your condo is awesome! Great view, very nicely decorated, and everything one could possibly need is there. The "I forgot that" box is a spectacular idea. We hope to be able to stay again next September. Thanks again for a great stay and being available for communication prior to, during, and after our stay!!Recommended for: Romantic getaway

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary trip. The room was so clean and beautifully decorated. The view was awesome and the owners were easily accessible and easy to work with. The condo was beautiful and in a desirable area. We didn't pick the best week weather wise but the condo was very comfortable . The owner is very quick to respond to inquiries. Really nice to be next door to Schooners . Would return any chance we get.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My Family and I spent a week in Steve and Tanya's condo and enjoyed every minute of it. The condo is beautifully decorated. It felt like home. The view from the balcony was breath taking. The sunsets were wonderful. The location was perfect. Thank you Steve and Tanya for allowing my family and I to stay in your beautiful condo. This condo is very nicely decorated and well kept and very clean. This is our 2nd year staying in the Keylors place. Owners are very easy to deal with. View is great. My family and I just came back from PCB and we absolutely loved Steve and Tanya's Condo. It was Beautiful and has everything you need for your stay. Very Clean and comfortable! The view from the Balcony was mesmerizing and the patio chairs so comfy. Elevators fast and clean. We had no problem finding the Condo. Great Location! The icing on the cake was the Beach Service, wonderful wooden lounge chairs with cushions and umbrella right by the water. You will not want to leave! The Keylors are so nice and helpful and want you to have a great stay at their Condo!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My family and I spent a perfect vacation at this beautiful resort. The condo was everything that we expected and more. It was very nicely decorated and furnished with all of the conveniences of home. The bedding was all very comfortable and even the bunk area was large enough for my older son to sleep comfortably. The electric grill was an added bonus for those husbands who love to grill! The view from the balcony was breath taking! The double pools were great but the beach just can't be beat! Beautiful clear water and white sand. Thanks for the pool service with chairs and umbrella. This was such a convenience traveling from out of state with limited cargo area. It was truly a perfect vacation! This was our 2nd stay at this condo.. We enjoyed it as much as we did the 1st time. Greatly decorated and all the comforts of home.. The beach view is AWESOME!! Steve and Tanya were great to work with. We will be back next year for sure. The view is gorgeous! It's hard to get away from the balcony...the condo is very cozy and we truly felt at home. Very clean, good location, very close to great bars and restaurants and right there on the beach, it couldn't get any better!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My wife & I just came back from PCB and Steve & Tanya's condo is the finest we have stayed in over almost 20 years of vacationing there. Well appointed, very clean and perfectly decorated - wow what a place. The grill on the balcony along with the dining table & chairs was such a fine touch - we cooked out every night and dined right on the balcony overlooking the best beach in the world. Can't wait to get back there next year.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We were pleased to walk into a clean and beautifully decorated condo for our winter vacation. The kitchen was well-equipped and the accommodations were comfortable. The location was great – right on the beach; only steps to restaurants and a short drive for shopping. We also enjoyed relaxing on the balcony, watching dolphins swimming in the ocean and the exquisite sunsets. The owners, Steve and Tanya were very helpful and readily available to answer any questions and made us feel at home.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

The condo was beautiful, clean, and well equipped - even better than the pictures. We made last minute reservations and the owner was very helpful. The view from the balcony was awesome and the new outdoor furniture was perfect. We enjoyed our second stay at this WONDERFUL condo over Labor Day weekend. Steve & Tanya have a beautiful condo and are very accommadating. This condo has all the amenites of home and is beautifully decorated. We can't wait to plan our next beach trip!!! Also the beach service is a SUPER NICE add in...no lugging chairs and umbrellas down to the beach every morning. This is the best unit we have stayed in at Seychelles! It was super clean and tastefully decorated. The owner (Steve) was very prompt and courteous. He even called us as we were on the way down to PCB to let us know that the condo was ready and allowed us to check-in early. The condo was super clean and tastefully decorated. The free beach service and outdoor grill were huge bonuses. The condo had absolutely everything we needed and then some. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone. This was an excellent location and a comfortable condo. Tanya and Steve were great to deal with and bent over backwards to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable. We even saw dolphins from the balcony. The walls are very well insulated. We never heard the neighbors or people above us. Top notch accomodations. The condo is very clean & comfortable. The view from the balcony is beautiful. Location is excellent. We were away from all of the traffic and congestion. Beach chairs & umbrella were a great addition!! Schooners Beach Bar is right next door. Thank you, Mr. Keylor, for an excellent two months at your condo in Panama City Beach. Words cannot express how we felt about your co-operation and help to make our stay so enjoyable. The staff well excellent as well and we would emphasize, whole heartedly, that it would be hard to find better accomodations and concern for the Tenants than what you showed. We especially enjoyed Wayne and Joey's entertainment at Gulf World, #1 by a long shot, along with Schooners and Scampys. The list goes on and we would highly recommend your condo to anyone.
