If rest and relaxation are what you are looking for, there is no better place than our newly remodeled Seaview Condominium. Located directly across the street from the beach, at the desirable south end of the Island, you will find quick access, beautiful white beaches and little congestion or traffic!! Less than a two-minute walk. Great for families taking kids and gear, since there are no public restrooms on the beach.
Then again, the beach might not be your thing. You can sit by the heated pool, enjoy the hot tub or get out of the sun under our Tiki Hut! Maybe even a game of tennis on our complex court.
A great place to start your exploration of local and nearby attractions located within walking distance from restaurants, shops, lounges and cinema. Within a short drive, you will find numerous restaurants of all styles and prices, more shopping, spas, and waterfront cocktails.
For the more active, there are golf courses in abundance within a short drive. Also, plenty of charter fishing captains to fulfill a day of fishing. Boat rentals, jet skiing, shelling excursions and sunset cruises are also available. Nature preserves are abundant in the surrounding area. State parks for hiking, boat tours and canoe trips are just a hop, skip and a jump away. Plenty of shopping available on and off the Island with Naples and Fort Myers being only a short distance away with their outlet malls.
A nature lover's dream, located on the edge of the Everglades, Marco is easily reached from a few airports including Fort Myers, Fort Lauderdale and Miami. Sarasota and Tampa are also options.
Condominium has been just remodeled with all new flooring, furniture, and bathrooms and kitchen. Almost everything is new. This unit would be ideal for either a short Family Vacation or an Extended Seasonal stay!
